If I drink a cup of coffee at 6 a.m., it still affects my sleep. If I wake up at 4 a.m., I may have a coffee, but only once in a while. Usually, I still need a panadol to have a good sleep at night. I drink raw cacao instead. It's so much healthier. Thank you !

And 3 kiwi fruit a day repair your DNA, according to Dr Lee. Fast is great, I believe, yet Dr Lee is on the mission to find foods that has similar effects as fasting just because not everyone can fast. Thank you both for great videos.

She's effective at sounding credible without presenting evidence, truth or facts. In fact, she is speaking purely from the perspective of opinions without facts. In all of her claims there's no truth or facts or actual fact based studies. This is just another internet influencer as opposed to a true subject matter expert.

You are so great. Thank you for this. I would hope to share some of my research over the past decade on the body's ability to heal itself with the proper nutrition. It is really a game changer according to the Nobel Prize scientists. Let me know if you want me to send you some details.

We just need to eat a lot of walnuts before the fruit. Makes sense to me. But God gave us fruit for a reason. He never told us not to eat fruit. He said don't eat from the FAMILY TREE of the knowledge of good vs evil.

The problem with so much nutritional advice like this is you have no real idea of the impact on long term health of any specific activity because there are sooooo many variables. If i stop milk in my tea will that give me 5 years additional quality life or might it be an additional 5 hours?

I have been on eating plan for the last 7 months.. Plan based on very healthy food, six meals a day. I lost 8 kg, and my blood pressure went from 150 to 120 in two weeks. Today I went to a further shopping centre.. I did not eat for 7 hours. I went through the food court, but I just could not give in. I could not buy KFC or McDonald's or anything else. I happened not to drink ither. I usually have water, tea, and two mugs of raw cacao drinks in the morning. I had more water and tea when I got back home. When I do fasting, it has to be dry fast. I can't drink and not eat. I am very healthy and fit at 68. I'm going to do Everest Base Camp in a bit of luxury next April. I have already done Machu Picchu and then The Rainbow Mt 5.100m altitude. Thank you both for a great video.

The body remembers better than the mind and from an adults point of view it might not be so bad but for the child it was hell, this is the feeling we remember! People are not 'excusing' their behaviour, they just don't know how to change it and frankly, neither do most therapists!

I discovered low carb and intermittent fasting of 16-20 hours last year. I discovered freedom from the driving cravings for carb rich foods. It’s incredible! I was so baffled about having sharp and urgent hunger while I was obese; why get hungry when I had so much fat stored away. It screams bad body manage! I get it now. Low carb and intermittent fasting have been a fabulous gift to better health for me.

We have been taught that we MUST eat at least three meals a day to be healthy-- NOW we are finally learning it is NOT true--- IF TMAD is better do that even if OMAD is better for your own body- do that--- but it is so hard to get out of the mental "fix" we have been taught for years!!!!

As a child I knew innately what foods were good for me and what foods were bad for me. I could have easily told you that broccoli, peaches and pears, sardines, eggs, and beef, if left unprocessed, were good for me. I could have also told you that high processed foods of virtually every type were bad for me. I'm certain I am not alone. I'm certain that infants and children are born with this information. Big Agriculture has tried to undo that knowledge. I haven't forgotten.

I fast on a daily basis from 7-8 pm until 12-2pm , most days I don’t eat until 2 pm . In the island I was born we have a population of centurions . The common denominator they ate starchy food , however they didn’t “ snack on fast foods “, they also ate what was in season and local. They tended to walk everywhere as they were essentially “ poor”. I also love the work of the DR Jamnadas , and other cardiologist on KZfaq. Thanks you both.

I am an emergency RN, eight years retired, with a very healthy appitite for continued learning. I worked with hundreds upon hundreds of emergency doctors who, often very smart, remained stuck in their old educational paradigms which often included no education in nutrition, ketosis, autophagy, fasting, and so on. Please give us more on cancer prevention in regards to glucose restriction, the pros and cons of glutamate, fasting to prevent cancer (not simply to fight it once established). About 2 years ago I started intermittent fasting of 24 to 48 hours. For years I was developing actinic keratosis areas on my face which I treated successfully with fluorouracil. Since I started the fasting I've had no more actinic keratosis develop. Coincidence? I doubt it. Best, Fezzy ❤

I'm 64 and not one child in my class had an issue with weight. We walked to school and we ate school dinners. We did not drink fizzy drinks and treats were not a daily thing. Obesity is the norm in the UK and in the US. Its an epidemic.
