Frying requires very high temperature. This device is temperature controlled hence not suitable for frying. For making sabji, it depends what sabji you want to make. If you are making lauki ki sabji or anything that is cooked on medium temperature, it can be done.

It's quite weird: as per western science legumes are not easy to digest.. But as per Ayurved they are easy to digest... May be bcz way we use hing and other ingredients
