Hi Thanks for your video. Do you overlap matte tape over cut lines? Do you cover the whole page with the laminate sheet? or just up to the lines? What sticker paper and laminate do you prefer using these days? Thanks 😊

Yes for glossy/clear printable vinyl put matte tape over the cut lines. Sometimes you will have to trace a sharpie over as well. It is easier to laminate over the whole sheet- that’s why they’re 9” x 12” to cover the full page and then some. Yes print, then cut around your stickers, then cut around the shapes. There are some more details but that’s basically it!

Yes but just know if you stick it on anything other than a white surface the printed parts will look less vibrant than if you used glossy/matte white printable vinyl or sticker paper. Good luck on your project!

The laminating sheets? We have 20 and 100 sheet packs available, they’re both the same. Essentially they’re just thick clear PVC sheets with adhesive on one side.

I believe I used our Royal Elements permanent adhesive vinyl sheets. We discontinued these though. There are a lot of good options out there on Amazon. I'd recommend using a lighter grip cutting mat if its sticking too much.

seems a little too good to be true from what I've read about weatherproof vinyl. An honest before and after of 2 weeks regular use might be more informative

Yes you could use clear printable vinyl instead, definitely! It’s more durable but is a little thicker than waterslide.

doesnt the cricut design software has a heavy cut option and also a more pressure option so the thing that happened to you in the end doesn't happen??

Yes I believe we selected heavy pressure but not the thickest vinyl setting. Also if you take more time and don’t rush removing the sticker it would come out a little cleaner as well around the edges. Thanks for the comment! 🫶

Yes absolutely. Make sure it’s a UV resistant laminate. Unfortunately we’re out of stock on our website currently. Another alternative is to spray with a clear acrylic sealant!

You could just use regular vinyl sticker paper if you’re trimming them tight to the edge of the image like that. Clear stickers usually have the image or text floating in the middle somewhere.

Question: My printer at home does NOT print in color, just B&W. My printer at my office DOES print in color. Can I print my color images onto the transparency paper at work, and then have Circuit cut the outline? What if I can't print using my Circuit? It seems I need to connect my computer to my Cricuit to do projects, which I do, but it also has to connect to my printer? That's the problem I'm running into. Suggestions??
