This is helpful. Do you do this every day? Rest day before? Turns out my son might be the fastest 7th grader in the state. Trying to scramble and actually train before state competition next week. I ran cross country but have zero track knowledge.

Im only 12 yrs old and managed to qualify for 100m and 200m for both my best times are 15.13 (100m) and 31.80 (200m) im watching this video to help improve my speed for if i qualify again.
