How do you tackle it?

Trust your reality, stay calm, be assertive without being defensive, and ideally limit contact. Best to contact a professional to guide you through your specific circumstances.

It's hard when you have narcissistic parents and when the people around me at work were trying to confuse me and hoover and trying to break my family apart. To the point where I did not know who to turn to in regards to the situation and circumstances I was put under. Even now, I struggle with it people pleasing and giving gifts but only following what someone I trust tells me when the person tells me to give them a sorry card and I did but I think the relationship between me and that boss has ended completely. What do I do? I nearly ended up in a psychward after being put through severe psychological torture to the point of no return by the work environment? They gaslighted me and abused me in subtle ways.

I'm truly sorry to hear that you've been through such a challenging and distressing situation. It takes tremendous strength to open up about these experiences. Your well-being is a top priority, and reaching out for support is a courageous step. It sounds like you've been dealing with a lot, and it's completely understandable that you're feeling overwhelmed. In times like these, having someone to talk to can make a significant difference. I encourage you to consider calling a counselor or the national domestic violence hotline to get the resources you need- there are trained professionals available to offer guidance and support. Remember, you don't have to face everything alone. There are people who care about your well-being and are ready to provide assistance. Take that step for yourself, and don't hesitate to reach out. You deserve support, understanding, and healing. 🌟💙

@@FrancescaAnastasi Thanks for the reply Francesca . Here is the thing i did call Nation Domestic Hotline but they go we can't help you because you are not male and B) This happened at work and I saw them use psychology to break perfectly healthy families apart and they use science as a brainwashing tactic and I feel that I am now part of a system and game that's rigged and no matter what I do I cannot fight against because it will have an equal and opposite reaction on me and my loved ones. My boss elevated himself into a higher positions and most of his employees were on his side and he got away with sleeping with girls fresh out of high school and University at the previous corporation I was working in and I was being forced to resign otherwise I would have ended up in a body bag or pressure me and put me through brutal tyranny and psychological torture where I could not tell reality from fiction and be pressured to do things against my nature. I was also being prevented to help myself in those situations where I felt frozen and unable to move or defend myself and my reactions were being controlled and brainwashed against my will. I saw them do that other people in that Department where people's personalities changed beyond recognition. I have tried reaching the ethics and merit protection boards but they go since you are no longer a member we cannot help you. The thing is the team member use passive aggressiveness and I couldn't see it the abuse whether it be physical or verbal or psychological coming. Sadly, the people in power will always get what they want/ need and by the time abused has happened a long time has passed and I slowly begin to realise what really happened and some of it is really confusing and you become mentally drained or have a mental blank around those toxic people and no matter what myinstinct are slow to react and the abuser was able hypnotise the workplace around me to their specification and manipulate me and treat me like a puppet and they will always get to travel the world for free and I do think what's the point in all of this where my self esteem was being eroded and it was not fault but they are so good convincing that it is my fault and that I am the problem and no matter how successful I will be they are going to end up stealing it from me whether it be money or partners or kids. I saw them break apart families just so they could continue the child support or medicare system that they have here in Australia. Sadly, I can't prove it because no one believes me and these people in power are two faced a**holes and B**tches who have absolute power.your

Hi I would love a talk around how this impacts the person it happens to after a long term situation with it and how this is not just a romantic relationship thing that it happens from parrent to child, employees to bosses visa versa, friend to friend and this dynamic around flying monkeys, doormat'ed partners that defend the situation. Personally I've gotten less receptive of all types of "up-talk", and there's a difference between beeing critical around praise and getting angry and defensive because of it.

Recently I had to make a reinvestment in my window of my studio, it was something I was thinking of but "didnt have it in the budget" but yet I knew my window needed to be redone, clairty, brand just needed update. Well I had to do and I have to say... its been only a month since this investment of update and change and it has truly already made a difference. As well I recently began really watching "social media business" tutorials to learn some of the new streamline things, tips and tricks and swallowing that pride instantly made a difference in how I use it and my time it takes to use. it.

Have totally had classes that had no one show up! My heart hurt but I had to get over that and examine, for one time slot I knew it just needed time to get out there and now its one of my popular classes and the other I had to let go as it was not right. So the "seeing the potential vs the desire" was key for me

re: "do your homework" - YES! And do your *own* homework. I've seen/heard so so many newbie business owners asking questions like "What should I charge for [brief description of service or product]?" Asking questions from your peers is fine, and it's great to have a group of people you can obtain feedback from, but many questions can't be answered by anyone except yourself.

I see much more dancing in my future! I have been blessed through my relationship with the dancers at Tha Realm and Nicci in particular. I doubt I'd still be dancing if I hadn't found my way there, or as mentally healthy as I am today. Nicci is an amazing teacher and Sister in Dance. Wise and wonderful.

I appreciate that there is such a program out there for mediocre teachers. I have no idea at this moment if there is something like that in British Columbia but I believe feedback is crucial to one's growth. I'm an Early Childhood Educator. Even in my field of work there comes a day when daycare teacher become mediocre. Being open to feedback even at this level of teaching is an invaluable quality. I strive to be more than just good at what I do. :)
