Michael was fabulous. If you watch the newest Dr. Who, is an actor with the same condition as Michael. I thought immediately he would make an excellent Dr. Loveless should the thought ever be to cast a 2024 version. And indeed, Mr. Dunn had a beautiful voice. He was my fave character on TWWW 0:54

Y'know what makes these lil bits even better? The serene joy on Dr Loveless's face when he looks at Antoinette. You can tell that, even as he sings along with her, he's drinking in the beauty of her voice and enjoying every moment of it.

Was watching this episode, then saw then singing this song, and wondered how they were singing a 1960s Beach Boys song in the 1800s.

When I was a kid, my mother let me have the TV on during dinner when Dr. Loveless was on because I loved him so much. He is an incredible actor in this very interesting role.

Phoebe Dorin is, and when I say is I mean it, one of the most beautiful women ever to grace planet Earth.

I cannot, and when I say cannot I mean it, get over how gorgeous Phoebe Dorin (Antoinette) is.

I always thought of Phoebe Dorin as a spitting image of the late actress Suzanne Pleshette, who apparently was also on The Wild Wild West.

Another great moment in Cinema. Michael and Phoebe singing perfectly, Richard a perfect giant. I wish they would have had him on the Addams Family as Lurch's younger brother. Oh well. Robert as perfectly handsome James West, and Leslie as a pretty match with Robert.

Just watched Ep 3 of the first season in they perform "Bring a Little Water ..." and was floored. Of course as an 8-year-old at the time I'm sure headed into the kitchen for a snack when that aired, but I've come to understand what a fantastic talent Dunn was on the stage, and in life ... Their voices together are so intertwined (I'm not a musician so not sure of the terminology) but it brought up the hairs on my neck it was so beautiful, seeing it for the first time and in context. RIP Michael Dunn and best wishes to Phoebe Dorin, thank you for these wonderful moments!

Growing up in the hell house that I did, for a couple of hours every afternoon, the Wild Wild West and Star Trek reruns would transport my mind out of that shit hole for a couple of hours. This show and Star Trek helped preserve what's left of my mental health, purely because of the escapism it provided. I have my own custom set of Wild Wild West DVDs I made myself which are comprised of all the Michael Dunn episodes.
