When I was a kid, my mother let me have the TV on during dinner when Dr. Loveless was on because I loved him so much. He is an incredible actor in this very interesting role.

I've never heard a single person who worked with Michael Dunn say anything but good

Another great moment in Cinema. Michael and Phoebe singing perfectly, Richard a perfect giant. I wish they would have had him on the Addams Family as Lurch's younger brother. Oh well. Robert as perfectly handsome James West, and Leslie as a pretty match with Robert.

I cannot, and when I say cannot I mean it, get over how gorgeous Phoebe Dorin (Antoinette) is.

Growing up in the hell house that I did, for a couple of hours every afternoon, the Wild Wild West and Star Trek reruns would transport my mind out of that shit hole for a couple of hours. This show and Star Trek helped preserve what's left of my mental health, purely because of the escapism it provided. I have my own custom set of Wild Wild West DVDs I made myself which are comprised of all the Michael Dunn episodes.

I always loved these interludesd with Miguelito and Antoinette. Jim West must be sitting there thinking: "they sing me a ditty before they try to kill me". Pure genius who ever thought of these musical interludes.

Dr. Loveless and Antionette sound beautiful together in perfect harmony! I remember reading that in real life they had a musical act when they performed on stage.

I remember watching this episode of The Wild Wild West. Michael Dunn was excellent in his role as Dr. Michelito Loveless. One of the best TV villains of all time. The song that he and that beautiful woman sang was so damn good.

Before WWW, they were a singing team and would perform in NYC together. When Dunn got the part as Loveless, he brought his dear friend along and she was written into the series where they performed lovely little ditties!

the character of Loveless as created by writers and the great Michael Dunn is so fabulous--loves to sing ditties with Antoinette then the next minute tries to dispense with adversaries West and Gordon.....the opposites, of course, create great tv.

No sir. It's the late great (big) Richard Kiel, pre _Jaws_ from Bond films The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker.

It's too bad that the concept for Pinky and the Brain was too radical for that time, because a series that would be focused on a villain, that being Dr Loveless, would had been most interesting.
