Hi brother! Thanks for everything. I've been camping in my Prius for about a year and eventually going to get a hybrid Sienna. I'll probably follow your layout pretty closely since it seems very efficient. Would love to buy you lunch if you're near Orlando FL or Hilton Head SC when I'm in the area.👍

Okay so this video came up in my feed and I saw this video I am so impressed and I am now a new subscriber to your channel! I was so touched to see that you guys were posing in front of the Utah sign which I've never been able to do because I was always traveling alone from my work in Nevada to my home in Utah and then the icing on the cake at 10 minutes into the video at the very end you had a picture of Death Valley and that's the lonely road I had to drive to get to work for 9 years😢 I always thought for the last 25 years before I knew van living or camping was ever a thing I always had such a wonderful feeling having all these thoughts of Designing my van exactly how yours is designed all the way down to the sliding bed.

Thank you! From central part of Texas. Things i may try--Magnetic hooks from Harbor Freight instead of suction cups. Reinforcing the edge where that hook goes through to hold the shower curtain side with Gorilla tape (extra strong brown duct tape) XL Binder clips from office supply vs chip clips. Rubber floor mat from van to reduce muddy feet? Idk. Maybe a designated shower mat one. Another idea is drill small holes in a gallon water jug lid and use as a shower. Thanks for sharing your great ideas!
@ericenjoysearth27564 күн бұрын
Hello! Thank you for sharing suggestions. What I would avoid is metallic things to avoid scratching the paint, magnets on the paint may be hazardous for the same reason... The use of flip flop 🩴 may avoid having to dry, clean and store a carpet… Thank you for your appreciation ✌️😃

Why not place mattress directly on floor, surely this will give you much more head space as well as keeping things simple.

You would lose storage under the bed, and mostly the confort of being able to sit upright, inclined, and using a table. All this makes an incredible difference after just a few days.✌️

Hello Eric, You suggest using three layers: black fabric on the outside, Reflectix in the middle, and Coroplast on the inside. I am thinking of using black-colored Coroplast on the outside and Reflectix on the inside. How do you think this will work? What are your thoughts on this?
@ericenjoysearth275618 күн бұрын
Coroplast on the outside will be reflective… I have tried it. Avoiding the use of Coroplast save space. It is required only when there’s too much lack of rigidity for large windows ✌️
