Great video : ) I just bought a 2006 Town and Country, 3.3 V6, very similar to the one in the video! It's got 120,000 miles on it and looks almost brand new. It was a family car used to go on vacation, so most of the time it was in a garage. I got it for 1600 €, the minivan was imported from USA to Europe in 2008. I don't like the european version of this car : ) I can't wait to drive my van, I still have to get my driver's licence xD

Very well done video...the only thing I'm left unsure about is with the cam timing, is it 11 o clock and 12 o clock in relation to heads on the block? Or heads off, if any of that makes sense

When hooking up the signal wire does it click? Or is it more of just getting it snug into the plug? I noticed mine has red clips similar to the ones on the radiator fan plugs but my van crunk I’m just unsure if it’s good to go or maybe it’s a loose connection and want to take precaution

Are you aware of any KZfaq video that demonstrates how to remove the trim panel on the rear door of a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan or Chrysler Town and Country? I have looked everywhere and cannot find one. I need to replace the rear wiper assembly and it feels like it is broken and/or disconnected from inside the trim panel. Of course it's not as easy as simply replacing the rear wiper arm assembly! That would be way too easy! LOL

Hi Bill. I am most definitely aware of a video the performs that procedure. I made a video on how to replace the rear door on these vans and I show how to remove everything from the rear door step-by-step. Here's a link for you, enjoy! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bsCbZ8-cv77OXZs.html

Brilliant instructional video!! Many thanks! Watched it and immediately knew what to do. Replaced both mirrors on a 2005 Town & Country within 30 minutes. Fully knowing I was going to perform the replacement myself, I got an estimate from a local body shop just for grins; $600+ for a single mirror. Unbelievable.

Curious as to why you are changing the intake gasket? What were the symptoms you are fixing
@javosgarage
@javosgarage 12 күн бұрын
Hi Scott. These intake gaskets are notorious for leaking in the valley at the ends. The also leak around the coolant passage area too. I made a video about what to look for when buying a Grand Caravan or Town & Country and I actually show that leak to look out for. Here's a link to the video if your interested: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aauIe6mfuMXZZYU.html

I bought a Pre disassembled. F150 and I’m missing half of the bolts. Is it worth salvaging? I bought it for $400 so it isn’t a total loss. But I was hoping to rebuild it.

My van has been making a slow turn sound, brief, before starting ad normal. I went to buy a starter since the original is still on the '05, and the auto parts store tested it and said it was fine about 10 days ago. Alternator and battery are 2yrs old. Now nothing happens. Nothing! So hopefully your informative video will get me through this. Not sure I know where to put the jack...starting at the very beginning but money is tight so it's on me to do it. Thanks!

So..i have an 03 corolla. for a while the air bag light was on. Then one day the horn wouldn't shut off, so I disconnected the plug at the horn to shut it up. A few weeks later I discovered the cruise control isnt coming on either. Does that also sound like a bad clock spring? They want 325 bucks for a new one at O Reils', so im trying to make sure that's what's wrong before I commit to the order.

I'm sorry Raymond but I don't. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that part has been discontinued which would mean a quick trip to the salvage yard should help you out. Good luck with your project.
