You must have some good eyes mate. I’m not sure where you’re referring to exactly. The lower control arm is new and just came back from a pre trip check over by a great mechanic. The CV boot just looks black and shiny cos the wheel is turned. No leak for sure.

Great vid!! I went out Gambubal Rd once before on my bike and came across a few of those farm biosecurity signs, wasn't sure if it was ok to continue along the road or not so turned back. Regret that now seeing how great that road is. Did you call the number on the sign, assuming they were still there? Any issue driving through?
@explore_moor10 күн бұрын
Not at all. We didn’t leave the road and weren’t carrying any bio security risk. It’s a public road but we respect the signs.

Hey mate. We bought the Warrior 3 weeks ago. It comes with 295/70/18 Geolandar tyres. Premcar has modified the towbar (std on the Warrior) to fit the 295 tyre. We also had the 3999kg pre rego DMW GVM upgrade which also doesn't require a wheel upgrade...only 4.2kg Apex or 4499kg DMW requires the 1500kg wheel upgrade. We did put ROH Crawler wheels on it but not for the GVM requirements. Strange that the spare wheel carrier fits the ROH on the Warrior. I didn't need the aluminium ring you got from Aaron. I have noticed though that the spare has come loose twice and dropped a little..
@explore_moor10 күн бұрын
Just coz it fits doesn’t mean it’s not gonna do the job long term. You’ve kinda reinforced why I bought the wheel brace in your comment. @more4x4
@TA-wg9oi10 күн бұрын
@@explore_moor The wheel brace you bought has nothing to do chain holding the spare tight to the bodywork. You bought the brace because of the centre wheel hole.

4wd “tracks” are located in 4wd Parks. The dirt and bitumen roads in this video are just that, roads, not tracks. It seems the 4x4 industry is famous for taking local roads, and turning them into 4wd “tracks”. This will be challenged one day, it is false and misleading, roads do not exist solely for the amusement of 4wders.
@explore_moor7 күн бұрын
What have we done to negatively impact any “roads”. Arguably less impact than cattle or horses hoofing the roads before rain. Then there’s the heavy vehicle machinery owners drag to and from farms on these roads. Get a life and think about the real world

Hey @dawesy_87 as long as you drop some pressure from the tyres you’ll be fine. It’s not a hard drive at all, just a rough road. Take parks advice and don’t take a trailer down there. It’s a steep road out.
