What about the fact that sun can cause skin issues
@PseudoTertioo8 күн бұрын
That’s rare. And happens when you don’t get daily sun exposure. Is the same thing if you work out for an hour and you never work out. Next day you will be sore and can’t do anything. But a person that works out all the time won’t have that problem.
@aryantandon40116 күн бұрын
@@PseudoTertioo I'm sorry but being out in the sun for long hours isn't healthy either. You used the work out analogy but working out for long hours multiple times a day isn't good for the body.
@PseudoTertioo6 күн бұрын
@@aryantandon4011 @aryantandon4011, it is definitely the same thing if you actually understood what I said. I'll break it down, Aryantandon4011: If I never work out but try to work out for at least an hour, my body would be so sore the next day that I couldn't work out again. Similarly, for people who don't get sun exposure, they will get sunburned and have to stay out of the sun. However, if you increase your tolerance in short bursts (such as 15-30 minutes a day) and gradually work your way up, this wouldn’t be an issue. By the way, I can definitely do both: work out for long periods and be in the sun. I ran 18 miles last summer while training for a marathon and never had any issues with sun exposure (I spent close to 5+ hours outside most days without shade). However, if you just want to find an excuse not to enjoy the sun or work out, do as you wish. You are a free being, after all.

@@aryantandon4011 realistically speaking what do you define as "long hours"? this could be different for each individual.

Conclusion: sorry for y'all software engineers, you're not a man.
@InfiniteRaikama8 күн бұрын
Yeah that’s a crazy statement from this dude. The entire reason he’s even able to make this video is because of software engineers. If it’s unmanly he should be outside getting Sun instead of recording a video and losing test lmfao. Actual clown.😂

Its true but one or two nights without sleep is totally manageable so dont make sleep an excuse to not do your work , somethings that are extremely ambitious requires more time so i do agree with you but our body has been developed to withstand 1-2 sleepless nights
