I was skeptical starting this diet… but I did it. I’m two weeks in, and I feel great, things are solid now. And I did start my monthly, I use to have horrible cramps where I couldn’t move or go number two for the first day bc I was so bloated. I’m in tears now, I feel so good now, and what I went through with no one believing me, lots of lab test and ultrasounds. It makes me sad that on one believed my pain I was feeling every month. I use to not be able to move around much and had ice packs strapped on me and lots of pain killers. This month was THE first month I DID NOT have to take pain killers or do any of that to relieve my pain. I’m so happy this is the new normal. I don’t know how this could relate to women parts but it’s helped me a lot! Thank you for your video!

I have been dealing with sibo for nearly a year now, I find that 5 or 6 beers once a week is no problem but I'm considering dabbling in the world of hard seltzers or even red wine. I also had give up junk food and have lost lots of weight.

This is cool, and easy. Another method my mum taught me is to slice right down the middle of the leek, but not slicing it in half, just slicing to just beneath the centre, then run under the tap using your fingers to up the layers so the water can run between them. Works really well when you've practiced it a couple of times.

I really appreciate your energy in this video. Our gut issues don't define us, though sometimes it feels like they do. My question is: Can we have a reaction to raw vegetables simply because our gut is not healthy enough to digest them? Would we hold them for now and try again later? Thanks

When i'm on keto, my symptoms go away. Its hard to stay on during the holidays, so of course its back right now. It seems like my body tolerates it for a while eating normally, but it does catch up with me .

I haven't analyzed the entire recipe, but there is clearly a major problem with the sodium calculation. 1 tsp of sodium contains only 2360 mg of sodium. So for 1/2 tsp it's 1180 mg... See the USDA database : fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/746775/nutrients

I've had this problem for about 7 years and the thing that seems to have fixed me after only 10 days is oil of oregano twice a day for ten days and drop all the sugar from my diet. Nothing in my cereal, coffee, no desserts and no fruit and no pasta, potatoes or breads! Seems it was actually caused by a candida overgrowth!

@@matthewfarr5742 After doing ends listening and reading, I'm thinking that my problem was likely caused by SIBO (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth ) and apparently, a lot of things can cause it. While I'm staying away from things like broccoli and onions and a few other foods that ferment easily, I'm still eating legumes, nuts, most veggies, some fruit. And I'm eating sauerkraut and drinking kefir every day and slowly it seems to be having a better effect. This whole thing is such a pain but fortunately for me, unlike so many, I haven't experienced the pain and cramping that most seem to be dealing with. I did discover that for moments when you have to travel or whatever, Immodium helped a lot. Just kind of puts you 'right' temporarily. I think it's the sort of thing that might be different both in cause as well as effect and 'cure' for everyone. If you're dealing with it, good luck, I hope you find your magic bullet.

I'll have to try this brand sometime. Just been making everything at home and I spend a considerable amount of time in the kitchen lol. I do love my own bbq sauce though, I'm going to stick with that. But I'll buy the salsa lol. Thanks for the product review!

Hi babes martin again I had acid reflux but gave up carbs and cleared that up and im on the keto diet now still with IBS as the high fat makes my IBS very angry the points you made on excercise are very good I find that doing free squats are very good for raising your BP and oxygen saturation in the blood I started at 30 squats now I'm at 110 which makes your heart work hard and moves your stomach about a lot and strengthens your core and lower back and works your butt and all your legs also as well as shifting gas this movement moves my gas very well win win thanks lovely x

I have Ibs and I'm only 18 I'm tell right now I had it since I was 9 and it was tuff it still is however, it gotten better through working out. It helps me because it makes me feel a little bit better for example it feels terrible every time but when I join the band it felt really good because it doesn't bother me when I am active so that's one was the reason why I love working out and I plan on getting fit, eating right and lowering the pain level so it want be as bad. The pain was a 10 before and now it is more like a 5 👍🏿
