FODMAP Diet - What I Eat in a Day (maintenance phase healthy go-to meals!)//Years ago, one of the many magazines I subscribed to did a monthly feature where they revealed everything that one celebrity or another eats in a day. I LOVED these articles. I think it's because we have a very human desire to compare ourselves to others in order to see just how "normal" we are. Psychology aside, there's something so fascinating about seeing what someone else actually eats in real life. That's why I'm doing my first ever "what I eat in a day" video. IBS friendly recipes don't have to be complicated, and living with IBS is different for everyone. I've done the FODMAP Diet process from elimination phase to reintroduction phase, so now I'm in the maintenance phase--I'll talk more about what this means in the video. I'll also take you through my day from (early) morning to night and show you everything I eat. I wanted to include more snacks, but I was so busy filming, I didn't get hungry in the afternoon as usual!
