What you’re saying has been a parent throughout the food industry for the last 60 years 45 years ago I was running a small packing house very modern clean well run plant. It still operates today but around me in South Jersey there was at least eight or nine smaller places, someone farms, some just run by themselves with a general store and then they started going after them at first they try to be their friends and say well we’re gonna give you 10 years to bring your facility up to USDA standards which they know impossible given the fact that these people weren’t getting rich off of a couple of cows and half a dozen hogs a week we used to put our blood on farmers fields when they needed nitrogen and it was well coordinated within our community. Of course they shut that down. Put a blood dryer in and let the fertilizer companies put the blood on the fields, ha ha. When you look across across-the-board, it’s every industry always aimed at the small guy.
