I purchased a 917! The car is not bad, but Rlaarlo's customer service totally sucks! I have spent around $500,00 on the car and many upgrades for the car. Rlaarlo shipped me a new pinion gear and the USPS delivered the package to the wrong state. I have been going back and forth with Rlaarlo for a month trying to get either a replacement or refund. They absolutely refuse to make this right and keep telling me to contact the post office which I have and am being told that they can not find the package. Rlaarlo is willing to loose a good customer over $20.00. I will be telling anyone to not purchase from these crooks.

UPDATE…I just wanted to share I went through this same exact issue and was somewhat lost as well since everything looked to be in good shape. The issue was the armature, Losi part #SPMXMXA1 Bearings are fine on mine. After armature replacement the thing runs as if brand new. What did it to mine in the first place was running it in wet dirt, then I tried to LIGHTLY hose it down very carefully. Well I guess water got into the flywheel case and caused something to go wrong with the motor. Will not be running in anything but dry conditions from here on out lol.
