I’m a 1 foot dunker off 2 ft I can only do windmills and between the legs. If I practiced more Ik I can do way more off 2 but 1 foot is just so natural to me and takes less energy/effort so I really forget about 2 ft bounce altogether. If I’m in a game situation and I need it though it’s there so I feel it’s good to have both.

I'm 14, 6'0" - 6'1" (idk i'm european, 186cm). I had a heartbreaking accident where i broke my elbow in 5 places, i had 3 wires placed in. I gained like 5kg in the months after my accident, now im 70kg or like 145lbs I don't know my vertical, but based on a test i did at home i have a 20 inch standing vert. While running i can graze a 10ft basketball rim. I've tried to increase my vert and dunk over a couple of months but i've only gotten 1 extra inch. HOW DO I JUMP HIGHER (i probably have the white boy jump height penalty)
