I can't do it on Mac. So here is what I do: I install full page screen capture extension on chrome browser called gofullpage, then run it on the pdf pages. It automatically captures all the pages in the pdf and converts it into PDF in several pages, not a big giant page. Voila! Hope it helps.

Always pv valve ( higg velocity valve) is primary means of venting. Bcoz they are connected to individual tanks. And pressor sensor are secondary means of venting. However breaker are for emergency use when all means of venting system not working. For mast riser cN be primary if connected to individual tanks eg on gas tankers . But they don't have PV valve. In simple those have individual tanks of venting system that are primarily and secondary is sensor if secondary pv valve not given.
