i worked for the Tennessee football team and guess who the pass rush coach is that helps with them technically every practice… Robert Ayers. I like that Pearce had an NFL guy that can work with him

Really miss ole #41 on the outside for Washington. He blew so very many coverages in his day. Always needed him to step up against the Giants and he never let us down. MVP.

You’re wrong about Harold Perkins. The defensive coordinator changed had him being used differently. As a freshman he was very Micah parsons like for us. Then our defense went to shit and our corners were non existent, the role was changed for him and it has him being knocked. If LSU would allow him to just be an edge you’d see he’s a far better player than you saw.

The talk about mason graham sounds pretty similar to how everyone reacted to the Dex pick back in 2019. Both rose to fame due to national champ attention. Doubt he’ll have a Dex transformation tho but not impossible.

As great as Eli + Cruz were, in terms of riute running and knowing where he'll be Eli plus Steve Smith were even better. Smith did not have Cruz's RAC or over the shoulder catch ability. But his reading of defenses and route running were even better, and his hands a little more reliable.

Gonna see a few of these this year, DJ to Nabers, Hyatt, Slay, or WanDale. Mostly Nabers cause he's gonna draw the in n out double teams. IMO both Nabers and WanDale go for >80 for > 1k yards, EACH.

The Sheduer Sanders disrespect is real. He would have been the first best QB in the 2024 draft class alone. You mean to tell me Caleb Williams and Drake Maye had great seasons to warrant untouchable criticism??? Sanders has the best ability to throw touch and with velocity he’s is the most accurate QB on outside throws and intermediate. He’s incredibly composed and intelligent and very nimble in the pocket. And above he’s a dawg he’s got extreme confidence which is so underrated at the next level. I bet you can take 50 D1 and even D2 QBs and say their fundamentals and technique are flawless but then you put them in a game or high pressure situations and they completely collapse which is pretty much how you guys described Carson Beck who IMO is just another Daniel Jones. He’s not controversial he’s only considered “controversial” because he’s Deion’s son. You know whose actually controversial is Caleb Williams dude wears dresses and paints his nails

It sucks because next year will most likely be important for us qb wise and this class is underwhelming so far. Beck being the best says a lot, a good passer but not special. And the dude who could be special has BIG maturity concerns in shedeur. I think he has the most to offer being that he plays behind that terrible o-line and can create but, that personality, father, and attitude in NEW YORK...no thanks and GOODLUCK.

Colorado probably had the worst O line in college football last year. They are also going to the Big 12 and could be a better team but the competition will be better overall than the PAC 12. Sanders could be much improved with Pat Schumer as his OC

When Eli was off he was hard to watch. When he was on it was something special. Dude didn’t give a fuck and hated to take a sack. QB John Starks. Sling that shit. He made every good receiver look great. Shockey would have been insane with Eli if he wasn’t such a dope. Plax was bomb. Nicks and Cruz are an all time duo. Steve smith and Eli had ESP. Toomer was always on. Held Beckham in the air

I hate admitting this but Tom Brady had a really strong arm along with top tier arm talent and he completely rewrote the book on pre-snap and post-snap reads. It wasn't just a system thing.

Jaxson Dart might win the Heisman, might be a darkhorse Qb2 by the end of the year. His TE Prieskorn could pass Loveland as TE 1. His WR1 Tre Harris is going to be that next Ole Miss guy taken in the 2nd rd ala DK Metcalf, AJ Brown, that will just explode in the NFL.
