I'm sorry you guys had to work so late on this one. Amazing that Rory could follow the smoke signals after the sun crossed the sky. I'm wondering if you could do a video about the places you cannot go at night, and the ancient creatures inhabiting those spaces. But please, do not put yourselves in danger while doing this!
@brucejohnson63983 сағат бұрын
I see how you say you can't charge enough to cover doing these jobs. How long before mandatory recovery insurance is a thing to be allowed to wheel these trails. Epic effort from the crew.

This video confirmed my hatred of SxS. They sound horrible, look horrible, and don't even perform that well even when brand new and/or modified. Whoever invented those should be forced to walk the plank.

I realize I'm coming a bit late to the party (I had a lot of work for several months, so now I'm binge watching--while I work!--to catch up), but yeah, I really enjoyed the "raw footage" at the end of the video. I just wanna know what you said to Mike to convince him to let you strap him to the underside of your vehicle???!? (Don't try that at home, kids.)

Another good one . Always nice watching trail mater..

Get the yellow buggy driver off the trail. He is going to hurt his self or someone else. This video is a prime example of a pro vs wanna be pros.

I know these guys will not call theme selfs pros. But, I have no problem saying it for them. Rory and all his guy's are real pros!

I have a question . It looks like on some the trails they have poured concrete for traction. Is that what it is or just how the rocks have washed ?

For as much money as the new Grand costs, it should be the most capable and durable trailhawk ever built. Since Jeep so desperately wants to be luxury brand, we are likely gonna see this kind of trail breakage in the next gen of wranglers (the one the Italians are developing now). It’s frustrating to see Jeep become a luxury brand… off-road and luxury don’t go together.

There's a lot of concrete out on that road, and I'm surprised to see that. ❤

Love how Mike was willing to watch quietly, until they were about to "F" it up and block the trail. He then politely suggested they pull their heads out and do it right. Well done Mike. Love this crew. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

That stock Cherokee had no business being on that trail...LOL
@FearlessTrailhawk16 сағат бұрын
Says who? Same clearance as a stock wrangler, and he made the rest of the trail, before and after, just fine. He admitted it was a driver error that caused the break. But you probly think nothing less than 40's and double locked should be on most moab trails. All it takes is a good driver to wheel stock vehicles. This guy was new and panicked with a heavy foot. (he was a bit hard to keep 'slow' the whole week, but i'm sure this has calmed his lead foot on the trails in the future)
@MCTheWandz49 минут бұрын
@@FearlessTrailhawk Stock Cherokee Ground Clearence is 8.7 inches....Stock Wrangler clearence is 10.6 inches. According to you I guess they're the same...OK pal.

Most viewers will see this and think it was a great recovery. The viewers that have actually ran Gold Bar Rim realize how its basically Slickrock Sorcery to be able to do that trail with a trailer. Then to go out Poison Spider in the DARK?! With a TRAILER?! You guys are unbelievable! If I didn't see it with my own two eyes, I don't know if I'd believe it.

When will these people realise that these SxS are good at two things, they can either go fast on flat sand or they can climb rocks slowly, what they can’t do is go over rocks fast.
@dmwi154920 сағат бұрын
No man left behind. Best week of recoveries due to all the trails they ran. Boss comes to make sure you made it out. Good advice on how to provide location. Good attitudes all around.

"Jeep" lol they put trail rating badges on anything.
@hikingphotog16 сағат бұрын
You know how they got "Trail Rated" right? I'm guessing you do or you wouldn't have made such a bold statement. I don't know many stock vehicles that would get through the Rubicon...
@dennisdain98721 сағат бұрын
I can only imagine your interactions with customers. Recoveries like you do are not cheap. The wear and tear on equipment and your knowledge of the terrine come with a price. Some people only learn their limitations by how much they have to pay for their poor choices. Rory and crew, giving life lessons one bill at a time.

"I'm in Utah, somewhere. Come help." Get a BivyStick or Zoleo. It can send text messages and your GPS coordinates from anywhere, no cell service needed. They use satellite communications. I consider this a piece of critical safety equipment (and extra batteries to power my cell phone and BivyStick) when out adventuring.
