I bought the KastKing Sharkie BaitFeeder III and absolutely love it. Had I known about a BaitFeeder reel prior to that purchase, I may have gotten this. I have a basic Ceymar and really really like it so this is awesome. No matter what brand you go with, if you're a spinning reel fan, these are the absolute best reels to get. I'm not talking quality, I'm talking utility. These give you the best options for any type of fishing you do. I personally wished I had gotten one of these because the colors go better with Shakespeare Ugly Stik GX2's which I also personally believe are the best poles. Yes they're cheap but man are they strong. I've never broken an Ugly Stik before so one of these paired with that pole is a great combination.

Watched lots of reviews on this, and the recurring theme is BREAK IN. It needs about 200 rounds of high velocity ammo run through it, and does not like lower velocity rounds until that is done.
@ReedsFamilyOutdoorOutfitters12 күн бұрын
You are absolutely correct. They hate the low velocity rounds until it is plenty broken in.

@ReedsFamilyOutdoorOutfittersАй бұрын
It would depend on what kind of iron sights you are using. If you are using the style that shows around 5:45, no, the thumb would not be in the way. You might have to alter your hand grip depending on the type of iron sights you are using.

I have a question 🙋I just bought this gun and I’m seeing alll over the internet and even when I was being shown the weapon, the MAGS have an issue of not seating well and not feeding well. Both issues happened on my review of the weapon when purchasing. Did you guys find a good aftermarket mag after all these years or does this gun still have that stupid simple issue
@ReedsFamilyOutdoorOutfitters3 ай бұрын
It is hit and miss. Some of the factory mags do need a little tuning. The biggest thing is getting the mags broken in, along with the gun. HV rounds for the first 100rds to break in the gun. Some HV 3" shells do have a tendency to cause a few more issues than other shells, so find something the gun loves!
@ryoung67253 ай бұрын
Just like what a lot of other reviewers had to say, that collapsible field rod is crap. Mine broke in two not long after I started using it. CVA sent me a replacement and a regular one to use to clean and load. Also, the front end stock (forearm) is loose and can be moved around, not sure if this is effecting my accuracy or not, but CVA said that's normal, just tighten the screw. LOL, it still moves. Oh well, the 15 day warranty is over, and I can't return it.

Screws for Black Box attachment are not long enough to engage the plastic of the lock nuts. For $3000+, I really shouldn't have to make the trip to the hardware store to get longer screws. This video is over a year old and you still don't have long enough screws? That is ridiculous. You need 1 inch screws for this attachment, not 3/4.

The included screws come with the Fin Gear shuttle. 2022/2023 we included seperate screws. Anytime you rig electronics, a short trip to the hardware store is usually needed. We have a new video for this years bundle as well.

@colt10mmsecurity685 ай бұрын
@@Jim_Wilde Oh no doubt there’s nicer than Beretta as far as finish and cosmetics. It’s all about money spent for finish, engraving, wood aesthetics, ETC…. But Beretta just sets the baseline or the foundation of where to start in the o/u world and at a valued price tag. As far as quality, functionality, fit and finish, the Beretta is the best value for the money spent for a hunting o/u shotgun and in the 68-series. The action and mechanism of a Beretta 68-series is the toughest in my opinion. Now Beretta has shotguns in the $20k to $30K range and also side by sides I’ve seen in the $50k-60k range as well. The Benelli 828U for comparison to the basic Beretta 686 however is pure junk! Read about the ejection issues people have had. Read about the vent rib being carbon fiber and literally falling off of countless 828U owners. That’s crap, even though Beretta is the parent company of Benelli. Benelli shines with their combat shotguns only. Their field grade hunting guns however are “little league” level at best, where the Beretta 68-series is “pro.”
@Jim_Wilde5 ай бұрын
