The best is that you can do this workout at home and without any equipment! No bars, no parallettes needed. The only thing you need is yourself and motivation.

Mate, I’m a 42 year old soldier coming back from an injury and this hurt😂. I’ll be doing this one everyday to get back into it. Damn calisthenics are hard 👍🏻

The gym closed by the time I got there, I’ve been hearing about calisthenic workouts for a while and been interested in trying it out. I gotta say this workout took it out of me😅. I really enjoyed how difficult it was for me and I hate seeing you do it so easy 😅😂which motivates me to continue to do it till I can make it look that easy. 😂 I’m definitely doing this a few times a week, great work out bro 🤜🏼🤛🏼

trying until failure then getting back up it will progressively get easy if your persistent your supposed to fail at the start

How many times a week should we do this video? Say I do this video Monday, should I do it Tuesday or should I do this workout every other day to give my muscles time to rebuild?

I recommend 3-4 times a week, until the exercises feel relatively easy to do. It would be ideal to supplement it with additional exercises such as push ups and pull ups. All the best, Viktor

​@@rafiframadan2498start with normal pushups and when they get easy and you can do lots of them progress into harder ones like the pike. Calisthenics is for beginners as every person who does calisthenics was once a beginner so don't give up
