Really? Lol! Where are you from? For me, my parents would scold us for ever attempting to speak pidgin cos pidgin is for the streets…. Lol! It was mostly a language spoken by uneducated people so no sane person wanted their kids to speak pidgin for any reason. Lol!

So you can use Omo in different ways. Omo can be used at the beginning of a conversation when speaking to a close friend informally… just like saying (my friend, or damn) It can also be used to express shock (that’s where the omg! comes in I guess) It can also be used to express stress… as in: omo! I don taya (meaning… mehn! I’m tired or exhausted)
