He's not conditioning his shins. He's punishing the Banana tree for not bearing good fruits and together with the coconut tree they're sending a message to the banana trees on the background

To break the cartilage in between the bones. They grow back as one solid piece like a bar. Muay Thai has the most potent kicks in all martial arts Ĵ

Depends for some people they just kick the bag. Others you roll and wooded stick against your shin of kick banana tree like the Thai fighters if you want tradition training.

The Ring always calls, and you'll tell yourself all sorts of lies to answer that call....These guys are 💯 correct

Or let people live their lives. Not everyone loses all their flow when they take a few months off. And two weeks if youve been consistent in the past, is more than enough time to get you back up to speed. To each thier own, quit acting like this is truth and not an opinion.

But it’s true , 😊 these coaches are 💯 right
@PentagonMMA5 күн бұрын
Not training for 3 months and training two weeks for a fight is not enough. It’s just not safe to get in the ring after 2 weeks of training. And if your coach allows you to get in the ring after 2 weeks of training then you should run and find another coach. I hope this post didn’t offend you.

@@notlandon1108 Yeah. You don't need to turn your hips for every leg kick, depends on if you want speed or power.
