To be frank, mini LED TV's can look better than OLED at times. Overall though, OLED takes the crown (zero blooming, instant response times/premium motion clarity, lower input lag, etc). For some movies and TV shows, I prefer to watch on my U8K over my S89C (The Sandman and Dune 2 for example).

I don't ask for much so having Roku TVs in my home and watching everything with commercials doesn't bother me since I don't pay for anything. All of my movie apps are the free ones (6), and I get Netflix free with my cellular plan. There's plenty of movies and channels to watch and it beats paying for cable.

Sound on those are amazing but built quality.. trash i had a beats solo 3 and changed them 3 times because of the leather pads coming off… on the 4th time i just requested an refund because headphones from more expensive category (300€) and it was such an disappointment disaster.. i have no clue how those gonna be we will see in some time

my LG 55C7P from 2017 was open box. I worked at Best Buy at the time and saw I could grab it for $400. Thing had been on for a year non stop. Still works in 2024. Only thing is that there is a slight difference in brightness on each side of the screen and its a straight line down the middle. Only noticeable on bright scenes. Otherwise its still snappy and works well.

I saw this one at Best Buy a few weeks ago and was BLOWN AWAY by it. Still have my doubts about a Chinese brand after reading some reviews about the LCD panel coming unglued from the back panel.

Hello Caleb, I've picked up a Samsung QN85QN900D and love a lot about it, but ran into a issue connecting it to my home NAS. Only to find out that according to a Samsung Tech that model no longer supports the DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) certificate and due to that no options for setting up the NAS without some app. Sad since I've got three other Samsung's that I just switch to NAS Source and I'm off and running. Just a heads up for those that are looking at this TV and have their own Streaming system setup.(Time to find another 8K TV that still supports it) d.

They're, fine. ... But the Solo 4 also live in the same world as the Sony ULT, and that's gonna make them a hard sell. If you gotta stay Beats, though, I'd try to get the Studio Pro on sale.

Sir,I enjoy your videos but I do wish you'd go a little deeper in your reviews don't get me wrong whare hdmi,video quality refresh rates so onand so on are important so is durability and lifespan is also For example ware you like hisense I think there junk have owned 2 both died within 5 yrs.the consumers want a longer lasting product no one wants to replace a tv every 5 yrs.i would rather buy 1 of these tvs then there's if it ment longer lifespan

Hi value electronics, I currently have a 75” Sony Z9D from 2017, but I want to upgrade to an 85” TV. Do you think this 85” Hisense U8N will be somehow at the same level once Hisense releases the 85” version or should I wait for the Bravia 7 or Bravia 9? Thanks in advance for replying!

@@lpromer4796 Sony's Z9D was a very nice TV. Yes, you would love Hisense's new 2024 85" U8N, but if your budget permits Sony's new Flagship 85" BRAVIA 9 would be the very best upgrade choice. The 85" BRAVIA 7, which is $2,000 lower cost would be a very nice choice.

Depends on far away from the screen you are. With higher resolution, you can get away with a bigger screen. Too big is just plain stupid. You want something that's just right. If you could watch a normal broadcast like you would from home, you could see what it is your actually buying. Instead of watching a 4K LOOP of some mindless pretty colors dazzling the consumers. Skin tone and black levels is how I gauge a TV.

Vizio TV 40 even has it movie area looks like a car anyways right and he’s very funny like his videos of the TV and also it’s funny he said independently on speakers lol 😂
