I’m onto my second one as no parts are available for this extractor in the uk, so not sure about the US. The second was through warranty so if I had to pay for it again, I would look at another brand. The bag storage ( base) of the unit isn’t deep enough to accommodate the entire bag capacity and the extraction is certainly not great, especially when cutting a few mm from stock. Dewalt let us down with this product

Denatured alcohol in a spray bottle . Spray that after you run your bead , it dosnt allow silicone to smear to other unwanted surfaces . Dries in a minute or two with no residue . Learned that from commercial glass installers a few years back . Makes caulking a lot easier and cleaner

Nice bathroom! too bad You couldn't set the curb first and had tiled around it, and same thing with the bench/seat. I understand that underneath, the substrate is pitched, but it does help Kick out the water. And especially on either end of the curb, because we all know lots of problems happen there.

Like the corners, it didn't dull the corners out when you're pushing it through or it didn't separate the tile like it didn't make it. Go to you know a quarter inch more on one side. I would probably say that's better for more. Just the ceramic subway tile. I don't know man. Still not impressed. I only saw one cut

Alright. Hear me out. What if you install a nice bathroom. You were already paid 50% of the job. And when you go to collect final payment, the lady of the house offers her services. Do you: 1. Decline and expect full final payment or 2. Say YOLO and have yourself a nice little afternoon?

Quick question, why can't this be done with a cement backer board like permabase? I searched high and low for this answer and get conflicting results. My bathroom exterior wall is block here in Florida. Whoever laid the block did an uneven job, some blocks are recessed and others are protruding creating a wavy out of plumb wall when the furring strips are on. I ripped wood shims for the most part but would like to fill in some of the inconsistent spots with wet shims. Can this method be used for only certain areas? Thanks

Hi, after 5 years would you still recommend this product? I'm looking for small grinder to cut tiles for my DIY balcony tile project and also for grout removal.. which tool will do the best work for grout removal? Hacksaw with grout removal knife / multi tool with grout knife or this 3" grinder? Thanks!

Hiii, I read on a trim spec sheet that Aluminium trim can corrode in wet areas. What is you experience with that? Just got to the end, the horizontal grout joints look pretty bad where they meet the trim. Probably not a great design of trim tbh.

Please put a wrench to that small grinder wheel to tighten it. You made my nuts run inside my body when you tightened it by hand. Only reason I say that because I seen them fly off twice when apprentices do that. Miracle nobody got hurt either time
