Coucou Émilie, je rentre de la PRP hanche. Hé bien c'est un million de fois plus rapide et moins douloureux que dans le tendon de l'ischio ! Évidemment, je dois respecter au moins 15J de repos sans solliciter la hanche, je le ferai. Donc si jamais toi ou un de tes proches doit avoir une PRP dans l'articulation de la hanche : la bonne nouvelle , c'est que la douleur est supportable (dans le tendon de l'ischio, punaise, c'est une toute autre histoire 😫😫😫). A très bientôt!!!

I tried this and I must say this is super intensive for me. I am a beginner in animal flow workouts and intermediate in yoga. thanks for challenging me so much. I will use your yoga videos to practice on days other than my capoiera and running.. 🥰

Surprised myself holding the handstand for a few seconds, and first time I managed a “semi-wheel”. My shoulder and wrist mobility definitely improved 😊

Oh no 😅 don't worry it won't feel hard for very long!! This is a very strength based practice so its normal that it felt hard 😉 off the top of my head im not sure what to recommend but there are definitely easier ones on my channel especially the ones that are a little bit older ❤🙏

Hi :) two of Emilie’s classes that I have done many times and highly recommend are “Let Go and Flow” and “Open and Expand” I have been getting stronger and more flexible since practicing with her for the last few months :) have a nice day :)

You're more than welcome to do your own warmup or breathing before class 🥰🙏 i typically prefer to do breathwork after movement with the exception of a few grounding breaths to build self awareness at the beginning of practice

Dear Emilie, as a retired yoga teacher due to Covid changes and turning 67 years next week, I have been exploring the world of online yoga classes. Two years ago I was excited to take classes from three women and it was exciting and different than the way I was taught. A few years later, those gals are still doing the same classes with a few tweaks and I was developing some repetitive motion issues. I found you!! I am unable to do some of your poses as I’m more of an intermediate level at this time. I found this class to be quite the flow and released so much tension as well as cleared my mind since I was required to really listen, breathe, and navigate. I’m inspired by your style. And, we have almost the same body type. It was a wow moment to see myself in you. I hugged myself and gave up judgment on how I’m built because you are very lovely indeed. Thank you!!!!🙏
