I am on total love with this flow, it was challenging and different from what I am used to, I had to stop in the middle as I am fasting and did a tad too much on my workout, 🥲 I don’t know why I didn’t expect it to be so physical 😂 I will be back to finish this. Thanks to you I tried my pincha and actually held it for the first time ! So thank you 🥰

Certainly one of the most challenging classes of yours I got to do until now :p Had to pause a lot in between or try some easier variations along the way, but I loved it. Always nice to learn my current boundaries. Can´t wait to revisit this class and grow further! Thanks for this 🙏
