There's many routes but they all lead to the same place, This is a super easy setup that can control loads of different outcomes for a game so hopefully it helps a lot of people.

Can you make the player cut the chain that closes the door using the cutter tool with the animation? Can you do it please? I need to learn how to do that

I would make it in blender using Geometry cache, then when an action is engaged play animation. I can add this of tutorials I have A LOT to get through and I am also working on my own games so can't promise I can get this done promptly but I will take a look at this for you when I have spare time to record and edit a video.

Same opinion as Emmanuel here, good job 👍🏻 Can you hide that back neon light? Perhaps raise it up or can you make it invisible to camera but still emit light?

Great video! I changed it slightly by using a collision box to trigger the on/off switch so that it starts unexpectedly when the player approaches and it works perfectly! Keep up the great work!

Glad it helped you out :), what you can do instead of using a box collision within the radio blueprint is to set up a random events in your level you can do that easily here's a tutorial for it. How to trigger random events - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jqdiZZOkys7Qqn0.html you could use this to turn off random lights play random sound effects etc and even turn on the radio it can all be adapted with do once nodes so the radio only triggers once etc.

I have a problem I already have a linetracechannel in firstpersonbp and have interface calling by hit result . When I add interface_event in puzzelbp all three rotates at same time.

Great tutorial, I was able to make it work with ThirdPersonCharacter but I'm having a few issues. The elevator is shaking while moving. My line tracing is not very precise and my character camera interaction in the elevator is doing weird things. I guess that's normal since its meant for FirstPersonCharacter, any ideas how to fix these? Thanks!!!

I changed the blueprint type to pawn, and the elevator is not shaking while moving anymore. However, once it's been used, it has a subtle tremor. It was doing that before I made it a pawn.

Yes instead of camera do get player controller and then out of that get convert mouse location to world space into a line trace node. :)

I appreciate that! I would say finding time would be an overstatement lol but I am trying my best to get out tutorials and help people where I can at the same time making props/assets for my game too and do all the blueprints and puzzles it is extremely exhausting.
