Last time I held a bee, I noticed how bees tend to keep their front legs in the air like little puppy paws. It’s actually quite cute.

I can't believe that you mentioned duct tape. I've currently got a (salvaged from the freeway) ladder duct tape to my mesquite tree on top of pallets on top of my big old flatbed farm truck trying to get what I thought was a swarm but really is now an established hive in the tree. Catch yerself some bees!" all the various KZfaq beekeepers said. . . "It'll be fun!!" They said. . . I'm learning, (the hard way) filming and uploading as I go. .

I harvested a quart this morning, me and the bees. What you're doing makes me happy!!! You sound like my heart. Forty years ago I apprenticed with the only herbalist in the area, a Cherokee medicine man. And now look at you and so many of us on you tube!! Thank you❤

Get a Purple Martin house. Start trying to attract a colony to your house in the early spring of the year, and they take care of the gnats and mosquitos during the day.

Wife and I just finished our barn build last year. 38’w X 52’d with two 14’ doors, and two 14’ lean-to(s). We also had three horse stalls boxed out, one and a half lofts, a tack room, and wash bay. 100a service, multiple outlets and lights. Plus two water spigots. Total cost….just under $100k. Oddly enough, $100k happens to be the same amount I paid for my first house 🫤. Depressing!

What about Mimosa tea? Does that work too? I have teenagers and don't want to bring alcohol into the house.
@zombiemom5088Күн бұрын
Wine can also be used it will just take longer and you’ll need a higher dose .. or since you have bees mead would also work

I have growing a wild lettuce like plant with no spiny midrib, but very spiny leaf tips and yellow flowers. Does anyone have an identification of that plant? I identified: Sow thistle.

Freeze drying anything aromatic will remove much of the essential oils. I know from experience. It took a LONG time to clean the drum after doing it.
