81/2 seems to me a progression in film from what Orson Welles did in Citizen Kane. Welles did it by describing the external events, but Felini did it within the internal life if the main character Guido.

The first time I watched 8 1/2 I was so confused and didn't get it. But I could tell there was something amazing in there. The second time I watched it I really liked it and understood what was happening more but there were definitely gaps. The third time it clicked and now I fucking love this movie.

Look! Back when Vince combed his hair! Wore something besides bums clothes, sat up straight in a chair and everything, almost like an artist who respects fans! I'd about forgotten what he used to look like.

You have to remember Ainge was not in awe of Jordan. His Celtic team had already beaten him twice in the playoffs. Also Jordan was the better basketball player, Ainge by far was the better baseball player.

In the first confrontation between MJ and Ainge, I think MJ was mad cause after Ainge got control of the ball, Ainge kicked his leg forward trying to knee him in the nuts. It's very subtle, 0:50 but once you see it, there's no denying it..
@overratedgm5713

Possibly. It could also have been Ainge setting a pick on Jordan by pushing him in the back twice just moments before.
