Yes..... I did. The software in the phone app cuts out the prop sound. It's pretty effective!

Nice tent! Haven't seen this model before.Been thinking about getting the Notch but this one is much more spacious. Did you have to import it or can you buy Tarp Tents locally in the UK?

Hey nice video but other than how to deal with rain water running down the line... how do you stop bugs mainly ants coming down the line because some trees have ants on them... thanks

You can't stop that. I've never had ants crawl in. Some hammocks have bug nets around which you can cinch tight around the whoopee slings. I guess that would work.

Wonderful family outing, Chris! that weather, at least on the first day, was beautiful. That is a really big roomy tent. Some might not like the colors of the inner tent but I find them very nice. ATB, Denis

Very helpful watch for new beginnings. Although, I thought you overlooked danger signs of possible widowmakers, always look up and around and never attach a hammock to a dead tree are often rotted in the center or the root system making them susceptible to tipping over from a strong breeze. Stay away from large patches of fungus, pealing bark, exposed trunk with rotting core. Campers can always tap or thump on the trunk of a tree and listen for a dull, hollow sound, indicative of a dead and dry core. Keep safe and enjoy your hammock adventures.

😂 just bought one of these for my mate to start him off coming along with me so he has his own kit now .. £60 second hand in 2024 and its still a strong contender for best budget tent ever , great wee tent .👍

Yeah, it's a nice site. If they relax around the pub a bit more it would be even better. One of my favourites though and many top memories there!

Looks like you all had a great time. I've not seen Sykeside that busy, but then I've only been in the winter. Tent looked good. Was it easy to pitch and how long does it take?

Was good to see it busy, decent weather that night but next day dire. It is surprisingly easy to pitch, takes around 7 minutes I'd say - was breezy when I was setting up and given the little ones went AWOL, it was a bit more challenging but still simple enough.

I done my first camp for 3 days on the isle of man for the TT, Bought a Banshee 300, really impressed with it, Used a naturehike lite cot bed with my cheapy sleeping bag, it was comfortable but could do with a base layer and a better sleeping bag, it got cold in the middle of the night, i had to put loads of clothes on to stay warm

It's not good for cooking because that green layer of paint or plastic gets very dirty from the smoke and you can never wash it again!!! I served in the Serbian 🇷🇸 army and I know what I'm talking about!!! Just natural gas maybe but wood fire never!!!🤌😎🇷🇸 That kit it's just for eating not for cooking!!!

The waterproof rating IP2 kinda put me off from buying it due to it not being fully waterproof so if it rained goodbye electric bike
