Hmm I wonder if when you respawn a ship, cargo stays on it. This would let you and 2 friends (both wind mages) be stationed at 2 islands, where one side would load up cargo, then launch the person to the other city, where they respawn the ship and cargo

replace energy regen gems for health regen, they work better because your using vitality, and you dont ever need energy with a vitality build now anyway, better to constantly heal up damage from all sources

I really feel like vetex brought all of this upon himself If he doesnt wanna balance pvp,thats fine,i understand,cuz its a pain in the ass to do so without a proper team and on roblox BUT if he wants people to play his game for something other than pvp,perhaps he should consider adding OTHER endgame content that isnt strictly pvp,currently theres no fun endgame content that doesnt involve pvp He couldve also just made AO an entirely PVE based game if he managed to make it fun,but current pve is repetitive and boring,also its pretty much too late for that

The reason nobody uses wood magic is because its impossible to make it look as good as hashirama senju does. if you made it look like that then I would of actually used wood magic.

Lets just admit. Femsell is a little child that probably not over 16 yr old. The true reason of toxicity is those little kids and PVP. Kids are not mature enough to admit their defeats, and instead of rethinking their own setbacks or improving their own skills, they go and cry in discord servers about AO being bad game, puking with their toxicity everywhere. And then they making the most meta build of all times, but suddenly it gets nerfed and here we go again. Crying... again.... Yes, AO is not a perfect game for PVP, and probably would never be perfectly balanced. (Who would've thought lol). And if you are not fine with that, leave AO and never come back again.

My take on this: This game’s pvp would be Much worse without the testing community, so we should be thankful that it exists. Vetex could’ve also chosen not to balance pvp and instead go straight to working on the story/other content updates since he doesn’t like to balance pvp, but he cares about the community and does it anyways, working hard with the balance team to ensure pvp is balanced. So what’s the problem? Definitely not the testers, but that Vetex is being pressured by some of the community to release content at a quicker pace, which leads to issues that wasn’t intended (such as warlord aoe being huge before the or weapons being faster usual before the hotfix). However, this could be mitigated if Vetex can hire devs for other parts of the game so more bug-free content can be released at a faster rate as well as balancing code to go more smoothly or finding memory leaks/performance issues. In my opinion, this is still one of the best games on Roblox with a lot of end game content other than pvp and with a rich story with deep lore. People complaining about balance changes show that they care about the game. Tl:dr - the issue isn’t with the balancing team, but rather the lack of devs and devs being pressured.

Thanks for spending your time to respond to these kinds of stuff, even though I dislike you personally for stuff like pinging everyone in the public balancing Discord, this was helpful for a regular player to get a perspective of how the testing works, so I am glad you made this video.

I feel like what would help more is have 2 groups of bug fixers. Group 1 is focused on the bigger bugs that are very important to deal with and Group 2 is focused on smaller bugs that are pretty annoying but not too game breaking. Like for example the bug where you can merge with your ship in the dark sea joining the 2 UIs which can kill many runs.

The only real problem I've had with Arcane Odyssey's development is that it's only one singular dev. Good, big ambitious games require multiple devs working on it, with the same power and development managment as Vetex. This guy right now has to do most of the writing, scripting, UI work, building, balancing, texturing.. It's too much work and being piled with all that is both mentally taxing and harmful to the game itself. At the very least, I think that Vetex should get someone on his team that handles the PvP side of things, given he stated his dissatisfaction with working on it.

Fr though vetex needs a new script if he cant make chests save if you dc, part of the game is chest hunting and them not being able to save is a huge problem.
