Try to use ceramic pot is better cos sour food goes well with ceramic not stainless steel pot ..just my opinion

Silly question, but do you usually eat the ingredients after? When I’ve had it, the chicken is tough but idk if it’s just bc of how it’s prepared than how it’s supposed to. Also unsure if you eat the herbs. Thank your for your video @sara_khong!

Add fresh shitake mushrooms. Taste Good Too. I would use whole chicken leg. Meat taste soft and smooth
