Sitting here watching this movie and finally get difficult to watch. I came here to KZfaq to find out if the rest of it is worth watching. I'm now finding a new movie to watch.

I am sad that you cannot just enjoy the story for it's own sake. Criticism for it's own sake says much more about you and your sense of entitlement that movies should be made to please your view of yourself. You cannot shut up about any single second of the film. I hope you aren't like this in real life and this was a LOOK AT ME and WHAT I think because I am the official PROTECTOR of all that is Irish...I am sad for you sir. ALL MOVIES ARE FICTION> Just watch documentaries and leave the rest of us to just enjoy "stories" for entertainment and enjoyment. As you say...WHAT THE FUCK.

Ouch... as Jean-Luc Picard once said "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life." So yeah, that's a bit unfortunate. Anyways good luck mate, I'm going to miss you.

I'm sorry. Did you say Ice Road, the one with Liam Neeson? Gee, there must have been another Ice Road with Liam Neeson, because the Ice Road that I saw was pretty good. This is why reviewers need to be constantly reviewed because so often they don't know what in the f they're reviewing.

You know what billy boy, you're right since your opinion of the movie was that it was "pretty good", the should be EVERYONE else's opinion too! No one should ever have a different opinion or tastes and if they do they certainly should NOT say it out loud! 🤣🤣🤣 Get the fuck out of here you moron!

@@KarlsMovieFilmShow Well, wasn't that so kind and sweet of you. What an admirable temper that you have. Now I have a little more insight into your "reviewing" technique. That technique must involve 5 or 6 shots of Bushmills, plus a barfight with another patron who disagreed with you.

Fully understandable. I hate that KZfaq couldn't give any less of a shit about its content creators. Honestly, you've got talents you're probably better putting to use elsewhere, and screw KZfaq. I'll miss you, but I fully support your decision, bud.

They explain why there isn’t enough oxygen for three people. The craft was built for 2 and modified to manage 3. The mission decided to take that risk. We don’t need to know exactly why… missing information isn’t a plot hole, especially when it’s irrelevant.

How he got there is not explained because it’s not important. What matters is that he’s there and it’s a problem. But it’s not hard to imagine a plausible scenario where he was working in there and was knocked out. His buckle wasn’t secured properly and he fell, smashing his head. Another engineer noticed the panel off last minute and, not wanting anyone to get in serious trouble, quickly screwed it back in and went looking for Michael, who they assume hit a call to come help his sister.

I’ve never seen a whole launch sequence entirely from the crew’s perspective, no cuts to the exterior or another location on earth. It was an excellent way to immediately put the audience into the mindset of the characters.

Reservoir Dogs is good. Pulp fiction is great. Everything else was okay, almost good, not great though. He should have stuck around with his shtick of a bunch of low life’s talking about nothing instead of copying other movies in his own style. I feel Larry David is similar to him but a lot truer to himself. Larry David is completely original in his own way. Quentin Tarantino just reminds me of a guy copying other movies trying to be an edge lord. His only original film was Pulp Fiction and it was great. He should have done more original films instead of just copying other movies his entire career. Maybe he only had one film in him though.

Jennifer Lawrence is real. She is just a sad case of an ordinary woman changed by fame, money and the Hollywood machine into a bland blonde empty actress. She needed someone to keep her grounded and her head level. That person was Nicholas Hoult. Unfortunately that ship has sailed.

I really enjoy this movie, and it's unfortunate that it'll never see a sequel. Even, if by some miracle, they did decide to film a sequel, I don't think Armie Hammer would be back after his little cannibal controversy.

I think the main reason the reboot feels better to watch is because of the pacing. Every scene in the reboot flows really well, while the original does stall in a few places.

Maybe just maybe this is for a 2nd movie in the future to explain and give us on hell of a ride.. However , i just dont understand why they didn't ask him how he got up there. And i wouldn't have risked my life, sitting on top in a space storm.😒 Michael better put on a suit and exchange places after i brought the oxygen back ..

Terrible Movie. Just like in the Last Jedi, it’s an inconsistent, disjointed, unthought out mess. I knew it was gonna be garbage at the diner when old Joe says slamming his fist down: “it doesn’t matter!!” After young Joe was asking him basic time travel questions. Director dumb, too hard think about, hurt brain……Anger!!!!

It's not overrated as in it's a great film, but mafia films/TV shows are given way too much importance. Gangsters are not that interesting and our obsession with them says a lot about our culture...not good things...

I agree. The main stunt was flogged to death leading to hype for the rest of the film. The first hour was atrocious! Really dragged. Chasing Atwell about all the time for half of a key. Car chases have been flogged to death in movies and so have train crashes. I don't get it. Why so highly rated? Fall Out was infinitely better than this yawn fest.

Unless I missed it there is no mention in the credits of being inspired by (i.e. stole the basic plot from) "The Cold Equations" (1954) by Tom Godwin.
