if ur planning to use public transport from hyd/sec city to visit sai baba temple at chintapally, here is 1 option -- from mgbs, board any bus going to deverakonda / macherla / nagarjuna sagar. just check with driver if the bus stops right in front of the temple. not sure abt hi-tech / luxury buses. ordinary buses do stop. also, u can avail city bus services from jbs / sec'bad / koti / dilsukhnagar / other places in the city & go2 'ibrahimpatnam' bus depot. the same buses going to deverakonda / macherla stop in front of ibrahimpatnam bus depot. u can switch buses there. journey time from ibrahimpatnam bus depot to temple is approx 1hr 10mins. tip -- start ur return journey from temple by 8pm, max. last bus from ibrahimpatnam depot is at approx 9 30pm.

i attended a marriage on March 1st and 2nd there, the place is very good but the food is highly substandard they are serving the night left over food again in the morning re-heating it, when somebody brough it they silently took it away. i am told employees are not paid salaries and they are very rude to the guests. please ask for place only but never choose their catering

BIG TIME NO NO TO THIS PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HOSPITALITY OR SERVING GUEST. CUSTOMER IS JUST A CASH MACHINE FOR THEM. INVASION OF PRIVACY IS VERY NORMAL FOR THEM. FORGET ABT OLD AND TORN CURTAINS AND UNEASY AND NOT SO EASY ACCESSIBLE TOILET SEAT. THEY ENTER YOUR ROOM UNINFORMED EVEN AFTER WE HAVE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO THEM THAT WE DONT NEED TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. AND TAKE AWAY THE SOFAS OF THE ROOM WITHOUTH INFORMING AND KEEPING OUR BAGS ALL UPSIDE DOWN THEY REPLACED THE SOFA SET WITH SMALL ONE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL GUEST THAT ITS A ROUTINE PROCEDURE TO ENTER THE ROOM AND CHANGE SOFA SET B'COZ THAT WAS TO BE TAKEN FOR MAINTENANCE. UNAPOLOGETIC GESTURE AFTER ALL THIS THEY ARE COOL NOT INTERESTED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY GUYS THEY DONT RESPECT GUEST AND FULL OF ARROGANCE. AFTER PAYING SO MUCH FOOD SUCKS BIG TIME.

Present Time 20 .03. I visited this place along with my team and some Directors of NTIEM on 12.7.23. We were accompanied by distinguished guests and in all there were about 15 persons. We ordered for the lunch for which we were asked to wait by Mr Kalpeshbhai. The food was not served after repeated calls almost for one hour. We were advised to visit their museum which is really in a bad shape with dust on the utensils and have had lost their shines. It was clearely felt that the museum badly needs revamping and cleaning. There was no adequate lighting at the museum. No guide was available to explain about the utensils even after payment. Our guests were utterly disappointed. The lunch was served to only a few persons after almost an hour and was of very poor quality. My team and some guests were not able to take lunch after waiting for a period of more than an hour as our guests were to leave after their lunch. In short; worst place, worst service, worst environment and too costly. So AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
