For anyone that sees this: the DLC has everything scale to your level, it's literally the blessings that give you any form of edge against stuff. I say this as a level 530 somethin that does a critical hit and it basically tickles things in my world, even at blessing 11. Level means jack diddly outside of what gear you can comfortably use.

I wish that one day, we'll get a resident evil that evolves like this : Start with strong protag and equipement, and as you go further into the game, you lose equipement, armor and become more exhausted or suffer from different wounds that affects certain gameplay mechanics (Imagine RE4 leon but with a wounded leg that prevents him from kicking for example) . So the more you progress, the more desperate your situation is and you need to play the game better and better. It would kinda fix the classic ending where you are full of items, weapons and bullets. Got this idea watching The raid movie, where the swat team has less and less equipement and it ends with no weapons at all

That final boss is absolutely god awful. Half of the bosses arn’t great either. But at least they’re manageable with a spirit summon. Radahn however is just complete overkill with the combos, AoE spam, and the shadow clones
