Great video! I've already been insulted while discussing The Acolyte and I wasn't even defending the show. Crazy fandom, but your video truly shows the good side of it.

I’ve only watched the show, I don’t know anything about who directed it and I don’t care. It started off fairly good, it’s only been getting better. My only complaint is losing Anne-Moss in the first episode (though the flashback was something of a salve.) There are thousands of intelligent species on tens of thousands of inhabited worlds in the Star Wars galaxy, and it’s genuinely engaging to see a show actually give us some of the flavor of all the diversity and abundance. It’s taking long-overdue risks and telling what seems to be an original story. I’m down for it. This is a strong essay. The comparison of sisters to Star Wars fandom was astute and entertaining. Earned my sub.

Ashoka is not a well written character

I personally didn't care much beyond seeing grievous again, and in that regard it has far surpassed my wildest expectations.

I thought it was pretty good

I don’t care if it was underwhelming, I got to see my boy grevious as the badass beast he is, at least for a few minutes, and that is worth it in my book

It comes down to WASTED POTENTIAL. Barriss definitely wanted to know what happened to her, but it should been what made her decide to bomb the temple and frame Ahsoka in the first place then do ep 4 and ep 5. Regarding Morgan, I would of prefer Tarkin or Yularen maybe when Order 66 happens, we could of seen their reactions to the massacre. I really like the concept of the show they just need the right characters and stories to make them a good series. 4/10.

I will admit that I completely skipped the Morgan episodes as I really don't care for her. With Barris, however, I am not convinced that she would flip again (from the dark) and just go right back to the light after being an inquisitor for what a day?

My issue is that Morgan is not as interesting as Barriss, Barriss can have her own story arc dealing with her own issues and her potential reunion with Ahsoka in upcoming shows, like Ventress in the Bad Batch season 3, her 3 shorts felt like a backpilot for upcoming future content for her to appear. But for Morgan she’s not interesting honestly, it’s not easy when her character is pretty bland. Also from why she is concerned about the Temple bombing, is the reason why she bomb the Jedi temple is because she is sending the whole message about how the republic and Jedi Order have became villains in this conflict and she turned to the dark side and did reckless things.

As a huge Star Wars and especially Clone Wars Fan Im insanely dissapointed. This show was like „lets take everything we have learned in the past 10+ years of animated SW and just ignore it“. They promised us Clone Wars, but we got Rebels, which is why half of the characters got little to no development, every legacy character is more interesting than new ones, 80% is pointless filler with too many unnecessary cameos and never did it more feel like the creators had no plan and just trusted the process. It saddens me that we are at a point where people sugarcoat objectively bad shows because 20% of a season was enjoyable.

the modern starwars movies couldve been a look at another big 2 country esq wars like the clown wars was, how it was 2 forces brawling it out instead of the rebel alliances sneaky run and gun tactics

I’m of two minds when it comes to Modern Day Star Wars content. On the one hand if given to good creators and people who genuinely love the original source material. You can get fantastic new movies or shows. That even the most die hard George Lucas Star Wars fanatics can’t deny their inherent quality. On the other hand you can get content that you can tell. Was made with very little effort as possible. Or just can’t connect with audiences in general. Plus I use the word content for a reason. Because Disney will pump out whatever they think could possibly get some traction. With the Star Wars fandom as it is. When you movies or TV shows that clearly don’t have a lot of effort (money or any quality control) put into it. The worst modern day Star Wars movies and shows make the worst parts of the Lucas era of Star Wars. Look way better in comparison.

I never got any romantic vibes between Echo and Emerie, it feels like they respected each other, nothing more. The disrespect on Scorch is the worst. He was Delta's kid-type character and they turned him into a scary bad guy (Different Paintjob Commando, ranked Commander and named "Scorch") under the big bad guy (Hemlock, a notorious poison) who works for the bigger bad guy (Tarkin) who works for the biggest bad guy (Palpatine). The Purple Sniper was the best looking guy from the Teth cell. I love me anything that could 187th, even though that brother had a very different paintjob from the 187th. The Operatives were lame. Like, oh yeah sure they're brainwashed clones, but where the fuck on Kamino did they learn vibroblade and electrostaff techniques lmao? Either way, I'm glad they didn't revive Tech. Overall, Season 3 was great, nothing felt like filler or too kids-oriented. Season 1 and 2 had quite enough of filler bad batch when the opposite with Crosshair genuinely being interesting.

Im more confused how the latest triology was so very very head spinner , because it felt like in the new triology movie the new republic was overthrown again because hux mentioned the republic is no more(which doesnt makes sense) and Rey called the resistance(which was supposed to be somekind of special force for imperial remnant ) the rebellion like it was post clone wars. basing on Ahsoka Tano's age on clone wars, Rebels and Ahsoka and basing it on Luke's age, Ahsoka would be so old when the new Triology's timeline happened so yes its possible the new republic was overthrown again.

Okay Do NOT let them touch Revan at all costs I don't even care if they turn Revan into a woman. The original two KOTORs left it open for a reason, and besides Female Revan looking fine. But I just don't trust them to write em correctly

I HATE when people ship clones with each other. Not only is it genetically incest, but the one thing that is CONSTANTLY emphasized about clones is that they are BROTHERS.

What I dislike the most is the new characters and portrayal / betrayal of the old ones. Also all the woke garbage. We get so many unlikeable people. The toxic fandom I haven't seen or noticed, I don't participate on message boards and normally don't write in KZfaq comments either.

One thing I absolutely love is how the Bad Batch improves the “More of Us” message in Rise of Skywalker. The face that the Bad Batch never gave up on Omega and cared for her ended up paying off to the last fight in the Skywalker Saga by biting Palpatine in the ass and robbing him of a proper body, all because the Clones showed loyalty to their sister

I think you answered your own question when describing what they did/didn't do with the camandos. At this point, they were stripped of their humanity by the empire, void of personality and a shell of what they once were. Especially Scorch, reduced to nothing more than Hemlock's lap dog.

Idk Crosshair gets literally brainwashed and shown the cruelty of the empire firsthand, even committing crimes as bad. I really don't think the character development for him in particular lands very well, not for me at least. Flawed but fun show that I really appreciated, still sad it's gone.

I’m curious as if one of the CX troopers was Dogma. It would make sense to me that one of Hemlock’s original experiments would be the first clone to kill a Jedi. Especially since Dogma was arrested by the Republic.

Cant believe this is the end for an era

The season was most disappointing. The series got vastly overshadowed in my eyes by Xmen97. Seeing in actual good show with actual emotion kinda just soiled Bad batch for me. The whole season felt rushed and they still squeezed in some episodes that didn’t matter

The other super clones were more CX Troopers. They have numbers. Like CX-3, CX-4, CX-5, etc. The Tech one is a reg. He looses his helmet when Echo throws him and we briefly see his face being a reg
