ps im sorry I told you to "wake up" concerning your false ideas of Trump. I just think you are ill-informed concerning him. I still care about you and im still learning from your videos dispite it. Youre my brother in Christ and im still very thankful to have found you here. Keep on keeping on, regardless how high the flames, keep going brother!

I just want to know exactly who God created when he thought of me. Who am I in my perfect God intended place? That is my goal, to know who I am in His perfect sense, and being that man. In each and every way, 100% His complete and total idea of me. I want to be that guy.

Well done, Chris Williamson, perhaps the most archetypal young Sigma male of today. He is a one man army and a genius. He has the courage to be curious and does no end of good.
@davidfarrall5 күн бұрын
Be curious, aim for your pinnacle. It’s painful and lonely, but worth it beyond all compare. The haters and losers can either follow the example or fall by the wayside in a welter of despair. The winners and high achievers will be inspired and grateful for their happiness and success.

Remember folks- never judge yourself against someone with more support than you. If you don’t have family or friends backing you with house space to use as warehouse space, cheap labor from friends, etc, then do not compare yourself to this man who had all of those safety nets plus some. Some actually start from zero and some start from .5 and tell you they start at zero. Much love to the dreamers out there doing it without support- you can do it!

Re: blood panels - the point is that insurance won’t cover the labs… which is probably why the doctor won’t just prescribe it … you’re free to get and pay for whatever labs you want. They’re pretty expensive though…

Amazing, what I love is that even as a parent you start from Zero every now and again, everything is unchartered territory and you reset for every child! there is allot of transferable skills there for sure!

Listened on Spotify, but I had to come comment! Such a great episode that came at the perfect time for me. Thank you for pulling back the curtain and sharing everything. Sometimes it can be so daunting seeing where others are at, so it’s made me complacent, but this episode was very motivating and inspiring .(Specifically, your personal journey, but love hearing the Founders podcast mentions as well.)

Every year you talk about this right at the time when I need a reminder that everyone's business growth is different, and it requires consistently showing up, bad decisions, tough decisions, time and courage to build something great. It takes courage to get past yourself and work when you're tired, it takes courage to take on a lot of work when you don't think you can handle it (in my case video work - taking on a ton of jobs when I know I'm limited on my energy and ability to shoot or edit within a timely manner, and finding editors or contracting out work when I know I don't yet have the funds, or it might hurt to pay people to do things). It's a journey, and just like a marathon, we have to focus on the mile we're in, and not try and focus on the finish line - because when we do that, we limit ourselves.

Great episode! So many takeaways! Healthy means being nourished not starving, and being fit/strong not skinny. I resonated with Dan saying, "we are building a healthy long lasting lifestyle through nutrition and fitness, why would we do a short term fad diet?" Thanks BPN for the dope content that truly accelerates our performance!
