TERIYAKI SAUCE: I remember. 1 part Soy Sauce 1 part Sake (I like ½ Mirin ½ Sake) 1 part Sugar Heat while stirring until sugar dissolves. 👍 P.S. It might've been 2 parts Soy Sauce. Try both quantities to see what you prefer. No biggie.
