Gotta do them Drop A songs. Fear and Trembling, Indian Giver. Underwater Bimbos is my fav, still don't understand some of the parts. Love these vids, thx!

I have a Hartswood semiacoustic 335 copy. I found that the ceramic pickups were very weak and Muddy and didn’t cut through at all when playing live. I bought a set of Alnico magnetic pickups and it transformed the guitar. The only downside is that it now sounds a bit more single coil but it suits me perfectly and cuts through beautifully when playing live. Also, if you take the tuners off you will notice that they rattle horrendously. At the same time, I purchased some new tuners that Were Identical but without the rattle! Now at tunes and sounds beautiful.

I just bought the 1 Piece , 5A top Custom from Gibson direct.... love it, but I think I need one of these for a more vintage vibe....

It’s a really nice guitar and I really like your content. I’m ETIDidiot myself and your are crushing those riffs 🤘🤘 I’m looking for the icelandic band that you mentionned, but I cannot find it online, I probably mispell it, could you please help me with the name spelling ?

Nice review man. Love the Jazzmaster shape, but its too big in my opinion. Ibanez made a Jazzmaster copy at a time with a much smaller body, if you havent checked one of those out yet you definitely must. My one friend owns a Ibanez ORM1, its 22 frets, 24" scale, single bridge pickup and its awesome for me personally compared to the larger Fender shape.

I love you. I disobeyed the rule on your shirt on your videos I used. I'm an alcoholic bro. I'm sorry. That's my mantra these days. I still watch your videos and got nothin but love for you. You should see the bullshit I send to my bandmates, by which I mean no one should ever see and I always regret sending. This comment is a good example actually. Suggested videos give me the Olson problem? what's that. I'm going there now. hi bye.... earth is flat

I can’t believe we are all getting old! The early 2000s were a great time for music. I miss the ETID, Dillinger Escape Plan, Between the Buried and Me days. At least BTBAM released Colors II. There’s one positive.

Nowhere does it say the body is mahogany. Read the specs. The body is Okoume - google it - popular wood for musical instruments. The COLOR of the stain used is Mahogany. Mine is flawless. Pickups made by DiMarzio for Ibanez. THIS guitar will hang with anything you got! LOL

Ah part 2! Lol i only just found part 1. Some dude said before, but the tone is absolutely uncanny it sounds perfect. I've owned multiple electrics in the past and ended up selling them but I think it might be time to buy another one haha.
@GIJane-nr2xm21 күн бұрын
This was a really concise explanation dude. ETID is one of my favourite bands of all time. I just turned 33 so gutter phenomenon i think just came out when i started getting into heavy music in high school :). Think I saw 'Kill The Music' for the first time on kerrang lol. Anyway hope you're well. i just found this vid 2 years on after listening to them.

Thank you for your video!I just got my HB guitar today. I also find the saddle a little bit too high. Maybe i will sand it down about 1mm some day. I guess it is a business strategy to leave the saddle a little bit high rather than manufacture it too low or causing buzzing. That costs time and that would be a deal breaker for buyers. But over all i really like the guitar. It look great, sounds great. I cannot believe it a 300 euro guitar.

this guitar looks so nice and sounds great, and for the price holy hell. I had some people telling me dont get it, "the entire gio line is trash" and i almost didnt buy it because of them. Thank god I did

Exactly! There are guitars in the GIO line that aren't super great but not all are bad. Glad you like it!

Hello , Is there copyright and is it possible to use this song for a video essay on my youtube channel ? (i always credit the artist in the description)
@geirisk8Ай бұрын
Hey there, it is a Foo Fighters song so there's of course copyright but KZfaq seems to handle it pretty well. If you're monetising them YT will take the cut for the original artist and give it to them. You can take this and use for whatever you want. It's okay by me :)

Ciao. Chiedo un consiglio, per suonare punk hc, è migliore il modello Classic Rock o Classic Metal? Grazie
@geirisk8Ай бұрын
Hi there, I think the classic metal just produces a better tone overall so if I had to choose from either, I would choose that one.
@bobbyadamson2333Ай бұрын
Do you have a video where you detail this guitar??? What pickups you’re using etc. it sounds great
@geirisk8Ай бұрын
You know whart, I thought I had made a video before but apparently I never did. I recently sold the guitar so I'm afraid I can't make that video, at least not properly. It is a squier affinity telecaster where I replaced the hardware in black and added locking tuners and I swapped out the bridge pickup for SD Super Distortion pickups. They are really great!
@bobbyadamson2333Ай бұрын
@@geirisk8 thanks! I might do the same to my tele. Great vid, cheers!

Jazzmaster pickups are short single coils. They have a bright and jangly sound. Perfect for rhythm. I have a Harley Benton Mosrite Classic. Sounds great. I want a Jazzmaster now

Yeah I recently got a 40th Anniversary Squier Jazzmaster and it's really good. I love the way they play and the tone as well!

Yeah honestly, I wasn't super impressed but I figured I'd try it out and surely there's someone out there who's looking at the product wondering what it sounds like.
