I can’t find the answer anywhere so I’ll ask here. How does one clean the snorkel if it catches a lot of bugs inside? Can the drain plug be left open when using the hose to spray it down?

Dang, this is nice. I see that it’s only listed for 2009-2015 how come it won’t fit from 2005 and up? Mines a 2006 Nissan X-Terra! I’d love to have this for it! How much of a difference is there?

Same as last poster, I have 2008 xterra with ribbed tray. Will this fit?

Does this work on the 2005 D40 Frontier? On the website I look at the options but it just says 2009 to 2021. But I have that tray in my truck. And on the last picture on the slide it says 2005 to 2008. Edit: the response from the Z1 team: "we apologize for the inconvenience, We have tested this, this product currently fits 2009-2021 Nissan Frontiers We will forward this information to the engineering team to see if they can come up with something for your year. Thanks, Z1-Team"

I wish more manufacturers copy the europeans and put the oil filter directly on top of the engine bay. Easy replace, less mess.

Love the mount and concept, but the magnets on the standard are very weak. Phone plops off on neighborhood streets. Hopefully they upgrade those.

One thing i noticed. When he took off with the stock exhaust, holy fuck did that thing take off. Now i don't know if anyone saw that video of the frontier racing the Colorado and another one where it races a ranger. But in those videos you can clearly see they loaded the throttle on the Ford and gm and not in the frontier. And obviously the frontier lost those races. I bet you a frontier would smoke em, with a good driver.

I had my Z1 upper control arms and lockout bolts installed back in January. I just had the alignment checked the other day and the camber and caster were solid. The toe was a little off, but that's normal. 👍 These are rock solid!!

Is the shock what is limiting downtravel on that axle? The shock is fully extended yet the axle needs to be raised (supported) to line up the bolt.

Glad you guys are here now. Sad that the OGs like PRG Greg & Steve @ Rugged Rocks aren't getting as much love, but I'm glad Z1 is here with the goods. QUESTION: Back in the day PRG Greg had a CVjoint delete/double cardan driveshaft kit for the Xterra so you could run greater lift... could you see about reviving that? I'm sure Greg would work with you on it...

have you guys ever run into the issue with the D41 frontiers where the driver side door doesn't open when unlocked with a key fob or the button on the door? apparently it's a mildly common issue with no fixes yet other than use the physical key to force the door to unlock. happens on my 2022 pro4x every once in a while

I like it. The only thing I am not a fan of is the drilled rotors. They are great for the street, but if off roading and you get mud caked into the holes, it is absolutely terrible and causes the brakes to perform extremely poorly. It is much better to go with standard or if you want a little extra performance then slotted. Drilled is no bueno.
