Okay so how often can I do these workouts a week? Is this a once a week type thing? Or can you do 3 times a week?

This is a good video. I thought I had arthritis of my big toe, but it turned out to be a different injury. I have a fracture of the navicular bone of my foot. That's why I can't do Bulgarian squats.

When you started talking about "12 year old me", i felt that. I find myself often convincing friends to never let that version of themselves go Couple things, it's very impressive you've replied to every single comment on this video lol your awesome man. Commenting for the algorithm, and being engaging af. Hope for your success. Thoughts: You seem to be out of breath for some of your sentences, maybe have the microphone closer to your voice? Also maybe normalize/ compress the audio channel a tad. The background sounds are isolated out very nicely. I've watched the entire video and I don't know how you know this information. Did you get a degree in physical therapy? Special training? Sports medicine expert? Thank you for not wasting my time with blahblahblah but it might be worth adding a short snippet of that info. Answer the 'how do you know?' question This was randomly on my recommended. I don't have knee issues but I'll subscribe anyway, I'll be back

I’m 54 and trying to hold on to my beach volleyball career. A lot of times I'm older than both guys I'm playing 😂 I’m 6’4 and always had a problem not getting low enough. I started these workouts a couple weeks ago. I can totally see where this is going. Its going to be huge for me! Whats even better i’m a die hard Buccaneer fan and love the fact I got one in this video. Lol.

I know I'm late to the party, but what do you say to people with vikings disease (depuytrens contrature). I for sure have it in my hands, but I also tore the arches in both feet so there's a chance my feet are the viking type 😂. Is DC actually just a lack of mobility? Is there a concern with this mobility exercise causing injury?

What about arthritis? I just turned 40 and have completely lost cartilage in at least one half of my knee cap according to a recent MRI. Doc just says it was the way I was designed all out of line and paired with the pounding my military lifestyle has done (weight lifting, running, rucking, etc).

sick video. imdealing with lower back pain. when it try to do this up against a wall, i feel like i cant stop my pelvis from tilting and creating a lower back arch. on the off chance you see this, any advice?
@TheKneesovertoesguy
@TheKneesovertoesguy 2 күн бұрын
I see! You could try to actively press your lower back into the wall before starting the exercise and starting with the lowest regression of hands on head, working through a range that maintains that posture, or you could also simply do the standing version bodyweight which will take away the pelvic tilt issue. Both can work! Keep me posted!

Thank you Coach I also wanted to say that Jesus is the Bridegroom and I (and the Church) are the Bride. Jesus is coming back and not a lot of people are ready because not a lot of people are living for Him. But God is living and merciful and it’s never too late to repent. Please, anyone who sees this, turn back to God. He loves you. Jesus Christ loves everyone and died for all of our sins. Jesus also rose again from the dead three days later, proving everything He said to be true (before He died He said He would rise again from the dead). Everyone has sin and the wages of sin is death. Sin leads to death and death leads to hell (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23) But Jesus died for our sins and paid our debt to sin, so anyone who chooses to believe in Him will be saved from hell and could go to heaven. If you want to make Him your Lord and Savior you could say this prayer: Lord Jesus, I confess You as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me for all of my sins, I repent and I turn to You. Please help me to live for You, and I love you. In Jesus name, Amen! If you prayed that, Glory be to God! Please get a Bible, read it every day, pray everyday and please go to church. Jesus loves you!
