They charged money from my card even if I don't use their app. They refuse to refund money they took without my knowledge even if I don't use the app. Avoid !

Kinda weird you get the normal massage chairs with it when the hydro massage is better you’d thing the regular would be in the normal membership or just be gone

How come everyone gets to use black card perks regardless if they don't have a black card?

Hi Kev, Im 60, out of shape and just joined Planet Fitness. Do you have an overall workout routine posted or is there one available? Id like to do a total body workout 3-4 x a week. Thanks!

Hey, Mike! Glad you're joining the gym and getting healthier! I created a 6-Week Upper/Lower Body Split program below. It's not a full-body, but does allow you to put more emphasis on both regions: kevthetrainer.mykajabi.com/offers/ixJ5ef7r This program has 2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts per week, with a focus on using gym machines to get you started. You can use discount code "STRENGTH" for 10% off. Hope that helps!

Great video! I was actually trying to figure out how these bands work
@studiesinflux1304
@studiesinflux1304 11 күн бұрын
Hmm, so 2:54 isn't much you can do to avoid the band rubbing against your arms? (I tried a few variations to get the band out of the way, but that changes the direction of the force enough that the exercise changes.) I have a set of these bands at home, so I'll try using these again for my non-gym day exercises.
@KevTheTrainer
@KevTheTrainer 10 күн бұрын
Hi, there! When the band is level with the chest, I’m afraid the friction between the band and your arms is typically inevitable. And yes you’re right, changing the angle will change the portion of the chest you’re targeting. I think if you angle the bands from a very low position, with the bands underneath your arms as opposed to above, and extend your arms at a 45 degree angle upwards during the push, it may reduce contact but will target more of the upper chest.

Thank you for your explanation of how to sync both apps. I mainly want to use my fitness pal for my insurance. They will give me cash for setting and keeping goals, however, they don't use the apple health app only other third party apps. I found out I could sync my health app on my apple watch to my fitness pal and then sync it to my insurance tracker. Sweet deal. I will continue to monitor my data through my fitness on my iphone. Great job!

Question about Seated Row: are the elbows supposed to stay in line with body or do they point out to the side as you are rowing? Thanks so much for the video! I really wanted to see examples of the Step exercises (I never can tell from the Planet Fitness chart on the wall, usually someone is blocking it using a machine).
