Hi @suvarnaharal8963, aap chahe toh try kar sakte hain lekin taste mein aate ka itna achcha nahi hota hai aur aate mein gluten kam hota hai toh aise soft bhi nahi aata hai.

Hi @RadhalamaLama, it's perfectly fine for us. I suppose it depends on the onions being used as well. We don't find it to be sweet, but you can always reduce onions when you're making it to suit your taste.

Is bread crumbs keto and Paleo friendly?
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner 5 ай бұрын
Hi, no it isn't. So for keto and paleo diets you need to remove the bread crumbs. It tastes just as good. But the texture will be more firm than with bread crumbs.

I used all of your spices with canned bamboo shoots and canned water chestnuts which I had mixed and leftover from a Thai dish. I added green beans, basically instead on the onions and potatoes and of the same providence as the shoots. It ended up surprisingly delicious. I'll definitely make again, probably next time closer to your recipe.

This is not a cutlet though. 😢😢 This is a ground chicken patty. So this was misleading

Is it? So sorry that it was misleading for you, but in our side of the world 'patty' and 'cutlet' are interchangeable.

My amount always said don't cook chicken from frozen what do you think?
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner 9 ай бұрын
Hi @Debsilvermusic, it depends on what the reason is for not cooking frozen chicken. For example, usually when you cook frozen chicken (meaning big chunks of chicken pieces), the outside gets cooked, but the center does not get cooked so well. In this case, because the sausages are thin the heat reaches the center pretty easily so it gets cooked well. Apart from that, so far as we have researched we have found no evidence that suggests that there are harmful effects to cooking frozen meat directly. Usually the danger is in cooking frozen meat in lower temperatures because then the meat takes time to get hot. The longer meat stays in warm temperatures the more chances of bacterial growth. However, if the meat cooks quickly then it shouldn't be a problem. As far as we can tell we have not experienced any side effects so far either. So honestly, I think it is your choice. If you do not feel comfortable cooking frozen meat you can just take it out from the casing, let it thaw completely and then cook it.

Do you think this will work in an airfryer? Also, will skipping the bread crumbs result in a crumbly patty? Would love to know your thoughts.
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner Жыл бұрын
Hi @Sophia Stephen, yes I think it should. We're going to try it in the air fryer soon so we'll get back to you on that. As far as the bread crumbs are concerned, no, skipping the bread crumbs should not result in a crumbly patty, but it may not be as juicy as with the bread crumbs (because bread crumbs do the job of absorbing and retaining the moisture). We plan on making this without crumbs in the air fryer so we can get back to you on this point as well. 😊

Hi health conscious people, I think many of you are watching without the audio. The audio tells you which ingredients you can skip. So if you are on a particular diet you can simply skip the ingredient and the dish will still be tasty.

Yeast smell while eating.

Hi @Susan, it should not be smelling of yeast. It should smell like bread. The only difference between tingmo and bread is that one is steamed and the other is baked. So if you are getting a smell of yeast then I suggest you try changing the brand of the yeast.

Do you add any spices or herbs or salt or garlic to the minced chicken before forming the sausages?
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner

Hi @anamits we've added salt and pepper (as shown in the video) but nothing else. The idea was focus of the technique of making sausages at home so we kept the sausage simple. You are most welcome to add whatever spices you'd like in your sausages 😊

Can u mention how many calories
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner
@JyotisLittleTreatCorner 2 жыл бұрын
Hi @cud dach I'm sorry, we will not be able to do that. Calories can only be given by a professional. And calories are measured based on the kind of ingredients you use. In this case it is mostly meat. Now the calories will change quite a bit depending on whether you are using mince made of chicken chest, chicken legs, full chicken, and how much chicken fat has been added to the mince. This is also true for bread crumbs. Are the crumbs made from bread that was made with butter, or oil, milk or no milk, etc. What I'm trying to say is, in truth you can't actually calculate the number of calories you are consuming unless done scientifically. You can only find out the calories for raw vegetables and fruits (and that too if you are eating them raw).
