This is the gravy version of hakka noodles and it's gentle but delicious flavours makes it great for children and people with sensitive stomachs.
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
For Chicken Stock:
Chicken Leg - 2
Water - 1L
Salt - 2 tsp
For Gravy:
Bell Peppers - 150g
Cabbage - 125g
Carrot - 100g
Spring Onion - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cornflour Slurry - 4 tbsp Cornfour + 8 tbsp Water
For Noodles:
Oil - 2 tbsp
