I came across this video trying to find what we used to call a western burger. Basically the same concept except it was just hamburger meat and cheese inside the roll. But they were delicious . In East Texas they serve them in the schools.

Wrong wrong wrong Philly here born and raised you don’t chop onions you slice raised no peppers and only white cheddar and your roll doesn’t get toasted and they are called ammarosso rolls nothing in Florida will ever compare how do I know because I live in Florida now only straight out Philly in Palm Bay Florida will compare
