Your title is completely incorrect if you are stuck in an Automatic Repair Loop you can't GET to any of these options because it just does to diagnosing your PC, Attempting repairs, reboots rinse and repeat with no option at any time to break out of it. Just continuous over and over Diagnosing, Attempting repairs (forever) reboot and nothing you can do it just keeps going, I was hoping this is what you were addressing as THAT is what your title was, which doesn't match yours should be Start Repair Troubleshooting, you give NO INFO on getting out of the Automatic Repair LOOP whatsoever, please change the title!

3:58 this one worked for me but i changed steps i pressed 5 and not 4. I finaly was able to the safe mode after hours of trying everything on the internet. the reset will depend on you, all i had to do is uninstall the last app i downloaded (the virus that caused all of this) then i did the scannow command and restarted. works fine since then
