Welcome to our Summer Workout Challenge: Build 30. This is a 2-week muscle building workout plan designed to build strength at home in 30 minutes a day.
Each day you’ll complete five minutes of mobility training, 20 minutes of strength training, and a burnout that is sure to test your limits.
