As a business Owner of a shop, O’Reilly, Advance Auto, Napa, they’re all seems to be the same, It’s seem to be the nature of things. I stick with Autozone because they’re are all connected together in their database, and at the end of the year they can print out your entire business inventory sale list that makes it easier when doing year end taxes, trust just be patient and try to keep cool, if the problem persists contact district manager. Some aftermarket parts are performance and expensive and better than oem. They are upgrades. Most times people want the cheapest part tho and that could be aftermarket parts too

Nah its actually free at a lot of places. Some shops do price match. My family woll take a car to a guy and he will diagnose it give you his price and IF we happened to take it to someone else closer to where we love before seeing him he will change his price to theirs if his is higher. He isn't the only shop ive been to that price matches either. But he is the only one to never tell me no to a price match.
