Hello, today I received my FLO dripper and I can make very good cups with the fast or medium screen, but I need practice with the slow screen. What grind size do you recommend for this one?

Thank you so much for using FLO, Slow is recommended to grind a little coarser. Or you could think about it with other beans! Please try the recipe in this video too! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jJyJps-StdO2j3U.htmlfeature=shared

@@kurasukigu Thanks for the response and the recipe. FLO is really good dripper! It is very fun to try different recipes with each screen.
I purchased the FLO dripper at your shop in Kyoto and have been using it since coming home. I like it for what it is, but I do hope to see some accessories or enhancements, specifically a tool to flatten the filters like the orea negotiator (preferably not plastic as well), a shower screen to place on top similar to the melodrip, and a variable aperature base similar to the Goat Story dripper. These options would really make this dripper the ultimate platform. BTW I enjoyed the shop and came by 3 times while I was in Kyoto and have a few bags of coffee resting that I'm looking forward to trying!

Thank you for your purchase and for coming to Kurasu Cafe! Thanks for the crazy good advice, it sounds like you can do a lot of customization with FLO as one platform. The possibilities are endless. We'll be posting a FLO recipe video soon, so I hope you enjoy using the recipe with our coffee beans!
